My teeth are really healthy so I don't see the main dentist often but the couple of interactions I've had with her have been very kind. But my absolute most favorite person to talk to and get my cleanings done with is Huang. She's so down to earth and easy to talk to. She's careful and wont wet you and poke you on accident. She explains everything she does. And the whole cleaning experience feels like a spa! They even give you a hot towel to clean your chin/mouth area up when you're done. There's snacks in there and drinks. Everything is clean and the outside area is adorable. I don't have trouble parking and I don't have to wait. Just walk in and they are ready for my appointment! I saw a video online recently that said it's actually very difficult to find good dentists to do cleanings because many are shady and will only have their dental assistants polish your teeth. I do not have that experience here. The technology is modern and advanced, even some of my old dental places didn't have what they have here. Note: I am a cash paying customer. I do not go through insurance. It's a little expensive compared to other places but you get what you pay for. The experience is much much much better here. And for anyone worried about dealing with people who have accents from their home country, that's also not the case here. They speak fluent English with no accent. Which I know is a weird comment but I think some people care about that. So don't worry about it. It's also super cool that the dentist and hygienist are sisters lol. My hygienist Brandi was wonderful. She made me feel extremely safe and comfortable during my cleaning and was very attentive while I was explaining the pain I had been experiencing. She also helped make sure I was able to get scheduled quickly for the care I needed. During the exam, they determined I needed a root canal and immediately referred me to Friendly Hills Endodontics so I could be treated right away. The referral process was seamless, and the root canal procedure was not only timely but completely painless during the procedure. Most importantly, the pain I had been dealing with is now completely gone. When we checked out, Amy was incredibly helpful and supportive, offering great advice and making sure we understood everything moving forward. Debbie, who helped schedule my initial appointment, was also wonderful and made the whole process easy from the beginning. I had two different people ask me why I can't use that and explain it was for medical reasons so that was just very uncomfortable because I had already explained before and it's in my chart that I can't use a certain type of for medical reasons.. so be questioned by two different staff members while I'm already in excruciating pain and actually in tears in a chair was so uncomfortable. I actually had to take a break during that appointment because I was sobbing not only from the pain but just from the treatment I was getting. I had also gotten a filling done and I'm still having issues on that filling to the point that I have to actually baby that tooth because the feeling is just not quite right. And there was another issue that I had with getting appointment because my schedule and the doctor being out for a crown issue I was having. Unfortunately, has been quite a bumpy road with them, which is never the experience that I had in the past they were always so kind so attentive like very calming very relaxing so for it to turn so quickly was just unexpected and such a bummer because I do have dental anxiety and they've always done such a good job in the past about making me feel comfortable. But after these past couple experiences, I truly don't know that I'll return to their office.

The dental technicians are gentle and caring which make the experience here much more tolerable. Although the prices are higher than my previous dentist office, I don't mind paying the premium prices and feel they are justified. It's been about a half a year since my first visit and have had several visits and should wrap up with a crown this week. I recommend this office if you're in need of a new dental office.

Though please note that there was a change in ownership and some of the reviews actually belong to the service and care of a Dr. Nelson - who retired. I also waited till I had a second visit before sitting down and writing my experience. The first time I had a good hygienist who was friendly and thorough. The second time I had an asian woman who stood the entire scaling time. That was a first for me and I'm one who goes every 6 months. I have been looking for a new practice since my previous beloved one no longer was in network for us. The two exams I had with Dr. Lee with were very brief. She wasn't particularly personable but coupled with the fact that she didn't give me the time to fully examine my toothache complaint was the biggest issue I had. She had basically advised me to come back for a more thorough exam because she didn't see anything on the x-ray and visible decay from the biting surface. Fast forward less than 6 mo later, I found out I had decay underneath my sealant that was causing my sensitive. I came from an excellent practice that was extremely proactive and on top of patient education for both hygiene and gum care. I was always given good information and options as well as a thorough explanation when I showed an interest or had additional questions. That was very much not the case here. Perhaps to someone who only needs a cleaning and is comfortable with that level of practice, this could work for them but I was truly disappointed with the level of service and care and am seeking care with another provider.

I had lost the tooth behind it last year due to another fracture. I had serious issues and needed help. I consulted with Dr. Clem and he performed a 3D scan of my jaw. After analyzing, he felt that not only could he extract the broken tooth, but he would be able to get another implant into the space left last year. We scheduled the surgery and it was performed this last Friday. It could not have gone better! He did quite a bit of work that day involving everything from extraction to bone graft to implant placement (different areas, mind you.) When I awoke from the sedation I couldn't have been more comfortable. What I thought was a hopeless situation has turned into future teeth. On another note, I doubt if you'll ever see a more high-tech office in your life. It is a beautiful facility with all the latest equipment. It's pretty obvious from the minute you walk in the door, this is as good as it gets! Add to that the fact that he's pretty famous in the dental world. Accurate rating description for two starts is "could've been better." This place only has PA/NP…read moreand no MD on site. They have the capability to draw blood and send to lab for stat orders. Unfortunately, what they lack ends up a longer list. The first MA was unable to get a vial of blood and said someone else would try on my other arm with a straight needed (vs butterfly). She left me without even putting a bandaid on the arm she poked and I had to struggle to put the bandaid on one handed while still maintaining pressure on it. Next MA comes and draws blood and when she's done she yelps I don't have a cotton ball (to put on the vein she just drew out of) and my blood is just pooling while she puts a bandaid on. Luckily I'm well versed enough to know I needed to put pressure on my bandaid. The NP who saw me was new to (per the MA) she really didn't put my mind at ease. Her expertise and knowledge seemed lacking based on the answers to my questions. First thing she asked me was, why are you here and not the ER? I told her my PCP sent me here because she didn't feel it necessitated a ER visit. She wanted me to be evaluated by YOU to assess and in your medical opinion, do I need to be seen further or what course of action next? She swabbed me for flu and covid and I verbally questioned her because I had isolated severe GI symptoms. She said sometimes those present wither GI only. Does it? I don't know, I'm not an MD but I'm also someone who works in healthcare and it didn't feel like the proper procedure. When I asked if she would be ordering any stool samples, I heard through my closed door "do we do that?". Ok, she's new, I'll give her that...but she comes back in and says "if you'd like to have the order for stool testing I'm happy to give that to you." Am I the md or am I the patient? I came here for your professional medical opinion! Do I?! So after I kindly communicated that I am looking to her for her opinion as the expert whether or not my symptoms necessitate an order, she still doesn't quite give me a direct answer! I haven't been to that many urgent cares, but I've come to see a trend that many of the urgent cares that are owned by a company with multiple locations don't have MD's on staff physically there. That said, I've also noticed the trend that many provide sub-par care.
