I was checked at the door by security two different times during the night (i left to get some food and came back) . Just like the first check the second check i had my keys in hand that had a pepper spray attachment to it and they said nothing about it and let me in. A few minutes later, I had some guy rushing towards me aggressively telling me that I had to give him my keys. I was very uncomfortable with that and told him that I would just rather leave. As I'm walking out, he yelled at me "yeah fucking leave" and I told him that he was acting weird and then he gave me the finger. I started recording because I was uncomfortable with him following me. But on Friday I received an email at 8:30am announcing a one day sale for 30% off products plus 3x rewards. I arrived shorty after they opened and spent quite a bit of money thinking I was getting a great deal. I was in a bit of a hurry, so the girl bagged my order and put the receipt inside. Unfortunately I trusted that I was getting the sale price! Later that day a second email comes out saying "OOPS! Sorry our mistake. The sale isn't till tomorrow". So basically that was false advertisement, and the consumer should not be punished for the companies mistakes. I called and explained the situation and asked if they would do a price adjustment. The manager was kind of rude and kept acting like I was stupid not understanding that I could come back the next day and make another purchase for the sale price.PLUS the 3x points!! I asked him how it's fair that I pay full price and get 3x the points when everyone on Saturday will get the sale price plus 3x the points. The manager just went in circles with me saying I can come back the next day and buy more for the sale price!! I was so annoyed that it made me decide to write this review. I've also reached out on my social media to friends who I had referred to this place. We all know that we have three dispensaries within a 5-6 mile radius of our area so this dispensary it's not the only place we can go. THEY MADE THE MISTAKE BUT THEIR CUSTOMERS PAY THE PRICE!!! Maybe someone should train their managers better on how to communicate with customers. From here on out, the other two dispensaries will get my business and a few friends have also agreed to spread the word. Such a shame to be ripped off and treated like that As you can see below, they responded saying "So sorry" but still no intent to make it right. I saw the 420 deal for a quarter pound of the All Purpose Flower for $99. Killer deal and I saw no limitations beyond brand and quantity. I was able to add the items to my card, have the $99 for 4oz deal show in my cart, and schedule a delivery. However, when the delivery came the order was changed to only 1 oz of All Purpose Flower for regular price. The 420 50% discount was applied as it was applied to most items in the store. So, I was going to pay $60 for 1oz vs the $99 for 4oz I thought I was getting. Turns out this deal only applies to medical card holders. At no point did I see a disclaimer or limitations to this specific deal being medical only. I declined the order and disappointed that this has happened. This isn't the first time that website has caused issues for me either. I will say that the delivery person, Eric, was fantastic. Very chill and understand guy. He gives Juva an appeal to me still despite the technical issues that the website keeps having.
