We loved this pet spa! We had been to nervous/hesitate/resistant to getting our dog groomed because she is part Great Dane (so huge!) and sometimes struggles when she is separated from her owners. I contacted this business via Yelp and the owner got back to me right away. Our dog needed to have extra special care after he had back surgery, and the owner was very accommodating to our pups needs. We wanted to ensure he was ok during his recovery, and allowed me to stay with him during his haircut. Normally you wouldn't need to get a haircut for an injured and recovering dog, but with a no-shed animal, it is kind of a requirement. My furry gal is a long haired cat with an insatiable curiosity...meaning she gets into any mess she can find and then rolls in it. This summer was exceptionally cruel, with its bristling heat and lack of a good lake breeze. Honestly, kitty just sat by the fan with a nihilistic attitude I'd never seen before. Sadness. Then, one day, her appointment arrived for Embark. I dropped her off and it took about an hour and a half for a full bath and lion cut! (That's quick!) The staff were nice, this was my pet's first grooming experience so I wasn't sure how she'd react...I would not write this review if it weren't for her exceptional reaction to this place! That cat that lay tired in front of the fan is no more! Her mood instantly perked up and has been significantly improved by the removal of her hot undercoat and the swell treatment of everyone involved. Anyone with a long-haired cat should book them right now! I definitely plan to revisit, especially before summer, because the best judge of their services (my pet) could not be happier with the results! read more

I take my miniature schnauzer, Ruby, to EmBark and when I return for her she is always happy and looking absolutely adorable! My dog means the world to me and I feel so comfortable leaving her with the ladies at Embark. They don't use kennels so Ruby gets socialized with new dogs each time she goes.
