Rain really bad weather in Greyhound has no remorse about doing their customers like that. The buses are always not on time and God forbid if you happen to be on the bus that is late Greyhound frowns on correcting your ticket so you can catch the next available Bus. And if your bus happens to be for the following day because it's overbooked for the next day, you have to sleep on the hard floor or the hard metal benches that they have to offer.

I was a little skeptical at first because he asked me to text my cc info for the upfront payment, but I was like nah, send me a PayPal invoice. It's 2021 and no one in their right mind sends info like that...at least they shouldn't. But, the owner did send me a Paypal invoice, which eased my concern. I booked a week and a half before this latest record-breaking winter snow storm hit OKC. Nonetheless, mother nature decided to finally act-right and warm up for my wife's dinner. I was unable to book a traditional limo due to Covid-19 restrictions, but they could operate their Chevy Suburban fleet, which was just fine by me. Trans'port confirmed the good weather forecast and on the day of, I got a text from the driver, Zahid who confirmed he'd pick the ladies up and cart them off to the special birthday dinner I planned at Black Walnut restaurant! Trans'port got them there on time and was back to pick them up a couple hours later. Mr. Raja drove them back from the restaurant, but the ladies said both guys were very nice and professional. Will definitely use again and I just referred the company to my brother who has friends coming into town for his upcoming birthday.

Regarding drivers... this platform does not pay much at all to drive for them. I get offers for…read more20+ miles and they only offer about $3.50 which includes the tip. That doesn't even cover the gas 1 way. And yet they expect you to keep up your acceptance rate to achieve higher status for better paying offers. You can't operate a car wear and tear, gas, or feed yourself. Your driving for less than free. It's a fact that Uber tends to keep a portion of the tips when that is what we are working for since they clearly do not pay well. Door dash is a much better platform. It's a scam since they want you to accept 30% of offers to go up from green status to gold. And 50% to go up to the next tier after the gold. So they expect you to drive for free 80% of the time which is not economical and doesn't provide any income. That is the only way to advance up the tiers. You are at a loss. Uber is a scam and they are greedy. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!!
