They were told not to drive their rig and chipper in the backyard, somehow they decided that it would be OK and left big ruts in the backyard. I called them on it and they said they would send someone to fix them up, which they did, and just put a few wheelbarrels of dirt in the deepest ruts. After mowing and bouncing around over the ruts, I called them again and they said he would be out personally to take care of it on 27th of August, never heard another word. One 60 year old pecan tree was of particular concern as it's large trunk was within 6 feet of the house with its branches extending over 40 feet in the air and covering 50% of the roof. Although I didn't identify to him certain specific branches on several of the trees that I particularly wanted removed, his crew showed up the next day on time and without any comments from me, removed every one that had I was concerned about and left all 5 trees in fantastic shape, and not a loose twig or leaf on the property.
