Love that they're done with "single serving" items.
    Travis B.

I'm falling out of love with Hilton and their properties/ brands. What was once an enjoyable experience to "get away" for work or leisure has become a roulette wheel of things that will work and things that won't. What worked here: - Great location about 15 minutes south of downtown. Lots of restaurants and shopping options in the immediate area and close to I-25 to get anywhere. - Free, plentiful parking. The lot felt secure and I didn't see any evidence of break ins. - The indoor pool was nice for the kids. Clean and well maintained. - The included breakfast was nice. The folks running it were friendly and the buffet kept full and fresh. - I like that we're leaving "single serving" shampoos and items behind in favor of bulk, mounted products. Less waste. (Weird that there wasn't body wash, though.) What didn't work: - About 1/2 the outlets in the room (329) were dead and didn't work. Makes it hard to plug things in. - Fixtures / outlets are outdated. There isn't a USB charging port in the entire place. You. Red a power block for one of those broken outlets. The fridge sounded like a freight train so we unplugged it. - WEED. Our room reeked of if. Someone in an adjoining room was smoking constantly and reports to the front desk over the 4 days went unheeded. Hilton needs to figure out how to enforce "no smoking" in their hotels. - Semi-flushing toilets. Like the rest of the room, they are dated and don't flush well. 3-4 flushes to get waste and TP down. Beds / mattresses need replaced. My spine could tell you just how many springs are in that double bed. - The AC / heat is controlled by a thermostat designed around the same time as the first Nokia cell phone. It works about the same, too. All in all, a decent visit. With other brands upgrading and building new properties, it's time for Hilton to force some upgrades and refreshes.

Cannot recommend at all. The room was 80 degrees and 20 minutes after turning on the AC it was 83. After trying 2 rooms, I booked another hotel. This was early spring, there's no way a room should be that hot unless HVAC is broken. Location is decent but hotel is outdated and maintenance was not offered. I booked another tried and true hotel. I booked this because it was walking distance to Arapahoe bus station with direct service to the airport.

Where to begin...bed bug bites are active here and was bitten multiple times (six bites and counting) swapped rooms hoping for relief and TBD. I'm a female and was in need of feminine products. Uh, they don't sell any but you can probs get a hot pocket and toss in the micro. Know your audience Embassy Suites. WOMEN. Had to go to the gas station to get pads. It's 2023 peeps!! Get with the times ES. This hotel is outdated. No USB ports... My hairdryer hurt my feelings. Didn't work, tried three different outlets and felt defeated to even ask for another one. ES, get your shit together and get with the times. And women get periods so deal with it and give us ladies access to what we need!! Thanks mucho, a human

Gross, health hazard (fluids in pool, kids not wearing masks)

I understand Covid - I'm a paralegal and I seen as advertised a pool and hot tub available at a three star hotel. My wife is a CNA, and took complete safty and caution. As did I trying our best to enjoy the situation. Trying our best to have respit and be safe. My wife and I wanted a swim. There are few pools open. It was my wife's birthday - and we booked two nights. Night one was a wreck, management yelling at staff, kids under 10 running all throughout the hotel with no masks. My complaint is am upset. And scared, I will visit my Doctor ASAP! 1: Chaos, tons of kids, spitting coughing everywhere. 2: Kind staff working their best! 3: Adult fluids in the pool! (Gross!) No joke look at my reviews, I had to reload this app! Night audit girl would not let us have a late check out during snow storm - but Mngnt? C'mon!!!

We usually love Embassy Suites but this property was horrible. Only one of the three elevators were working, our room was filthy, there were condoms hanging from the roof of the pool, and the vents were clogged with filth In our room. Would not recommend this property for a while.

Very nice business traveler hotel to stay in. The room I stayed in was a 2 room suite with a separate living area with couch, dining table for 4, and desk to set up your work area. I had sooo much space! I had so much space, I was able to do my workout videos in the living area. I just had to move the coffee table to the side. The rooms even have orchids! Although they're fake, they still added a sweet touch which made me feel more at home. I appreciate the little details. I loved the complimentary breakfast which served made to order omelettes. You can even get an all egg white omelette. Just be prepared for a long line in the morning but it moves fairly quickly. If you can't wait, just grab yourself yogurt, fruit, and coffee. Staff was extremely nice. One young gentleman helped me find a table in the morning and helped me carry my luggage. I'm docking this one star because the internet connection was extremely weak in the bedroom so you're not able to work off your laptop in the comfort of the bedroom. It did however, work just fine in the living area. I will definitely stay here again.

I barely started to get my set up together, but I couldnt because the room was too small with large round tables taking up space.. we originally had two separate event rooms to accommodate for nearly 30 kids plus a handful of my team providers. Well I did what I do best, one of our rooms was taken back, so we only ended up with one room and had to provide a whole safe daycare and so we had to make arrangements. & make it work. Which meant getting rid of the tables so kids can actively play without any incidents in the way. That was my ONLY request... Tall banquet guy, possibly lead banquet during that shift? Has the worst hospitality. He was so aggressively judgmental towards me and kept undermining my event plans all because he didnt want to do his job... it's time for a new job buddy.. clearly aint happy. He had the audacity to raise his voice at me... My client was in charge of her event next to me, witnessed it all and I am the manager in charge of my event. He got so vulgar with me and I only requested ONE time.. that I needed to get tables removed. He yelled saying "WE ARENT MOVING ANYTHING ELSE AFTER THIS THAT IS IT! Your room plan seating makes no sense! Dont ask us to bring them back. I am not moving anything anymore after this, I keep making these moves! You aren't making sense with this!" First of all.. I barley came into work.. and that was my first and only request.. what does it matter if it doesnt make sense to him? It's my event set up? Undermining me & giving me nasty judgy looks is so unacceptable. & Whoever he "helped" prior had nothing to do with me. And second, as a banquets worker... that's your job. I wasn't disrespectful nor was I taking advantage in any way "because it's his job". His response and behavior was so uncalled for. My Client and I tried reporting him, I just hope the hotel gets better employees. Now let me not criticize everyone in here. But that was enough to not do business here if they allow and give this type of hospitality.

Not kidding, hubs & I slept in separate rooms that night and it was glorious. To be fair, the room decor was just ok and not notable. But everything was clean, and we had what we needed. I ended up appreciating the kitchen sink more than I expected as I was able to wash our water bottles. Check-in was quick, & I was happy to find a luggage cart to haul up our stuff in one trip. Plus, parking was easy here. I'm pretty sure this property offers a free breakfast, because I remember enjoying some fruit, sausages & french toast that hubs brought me. And we were able to get late check-out the next morning, which was fantastic. This was a great stay, and I wish it had been for more than one night!

They got rid of the omelet bar for breakfast. That was such a nice feature to have. Yes they still offered scramble eggs for breakfast but its just not the same. Please note that housekeeping only happens after check out or after 2 days or five days. There are no plastic bags in the trash receptacles so that gets pretty nasty if you have stinky trash or diapers. I heard a lady ask for a trash bag at the front desk because she needed one for diapers. Also upon check out I noticed a room charge (15.10)that was not ours so I will have to call back and find out what that is about. Overall this is what Hyatt offers and we have always appt through the years as a family of 6.

I had reservation for 3 rooms. We show up after a 11 hr drive ready to check in 6pm or so.. I am greeted at the front desk and informed only one room of 3 is ready. Other rooms ready in about 90 mins (House keeping staff called multiple people in sick or something) I get keys to one room head up to it with the family bags as we are deciding on dinner we check out room for cleanliness... And yep you guessed it. The fridge set to off and the leftover food left in fridge from previous guests....fish and chips was the leftover food. (Imagine the smell) I took the food box down to the front desk and informed the staff. (Response - Sorry about that) After dinner I check into 2nd room reserved only to find used washcloths on the shower curtain...(allegedly these are clean rooms) **FYI room 101 on this hotel until fixed has only boiling hot water in the shower.- you have been warned. I let my boiling point return to simmer as I went to get keys for next room after another waiting period. Check into 3rd room (9pm)and it's stuffy in the room so we kick on the A/C.... Oh my did someone start up a motorcycle or is that JUST the A/C... Luckily I didn't stay in that room. So frustrated....I looked into another 5 hotels in the area only to find out that they are sold out. I was ready to check out of this experience. Next day we are to have different room reservations so all this was on the night afder to the reservation...thank goodness right!? Checked out of the rooms from night one into different reservation rooms for the remainder of the the stay (3 nights).... I definitely think this was a costly learning experience for me and I hope that others don't have the same unfortunate experiences that we had. It left a mark on the family as we will definitely STAY ELSEWHERE when we travel from here on out (Marriott/Hilton members) my family has already assured me they will hold me to that...
