The whole staff other than Raul and Maria are terrible. Horrible customer service. I was bitten 5 times by spiders, 2 separate incidents at the hotel. 2 separate ER visits, I saw the spider, took a picture, reported all the incidents and was told someone else reported spiders as well, and they act like your a burden to them instead of omg that's not ok. I honestly have never seen managers act more nonchalant about a customers experience than this place. I have all records from the ER, I have been on high dosage antibiotics and have to keep an epi pen by me for the allergic reaction I'm now having to the bites, and they act like they're too busy to care. I've been told this type of spider can leave long lasting health issues this isn't something to just dismiss. They are also blaming some of it on being understaffed, the bar/restaurant has been closed for a month because the only other decent employee working here before quit, and I can see why. This hotel stays booked, why are their staffing issues? Why were the only sincere apologies I received from the under paid staff Raul and Maria not from management. Why are management not checking on my health condition. I don't know what else to do but to contact an attorney at this point. I'm staying a month here and have no other place to go and if I don't stay the full month they will penalize me because I signed up for the monthly deal. They should be more concerned with the long term effects of this ongoing health scare, then penalizing me if I can't stay the whole time because they can not get rid of their spider issue and are continuing to be treated poorly. Not once have they asked about the money I e spent on ER visits, the first time they did make copies of the hospital report, but since then it's pretty much oh well. Even little things like getting toilet paper has become an issue. I just don't understand and I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

SERVICE & CHECKIN Pet friendly location with uncovered parking. Early checkin is available for a fee of $25, which is steep for the quality & condition of the rooms. Late checkout of 1hr provided. The customer service was the strongest aspect of this location. The attendee responsible for our checkin had great energy & a helpful enthusiasm. LOBBY, ELEVATOR, CORRIDORS The lobby is very streamlined. Elevators aren't in great shape: slow, dirty, noisy & shaky. Corridors are in a similar state of decay. This location is overdue for a deep cleaning & maintenance. Furniture is hollow & uncomfortable. ROOM (2BR) https://youtu.be/Ok_214QrilE?feature=shared The rooms are a bit rundown & turning over full bedroom units is clearly difficult. The deep cleaning allotted from the pet fee is not benefiting this property or the guests; our allergies flared up immediately in the first room we tried. Flies & tiny pets cluttered the window ledges & walls. AC performance was odd & overall inadequate. The workspace area is shared with the kitchen peninsula which isn't the most productive place, but the ergonomics on the office chair were awesome. BED Ripped sheets... but seemed clean & the texture was pleasant around intact sections. Back support from the mattress was good & I was content with the firmness. Pillows had good density. BATH Fixtures were all functional but the walls were literally coming apart at the seams. The shower design was stressful due to the limited space & odd construction of the dividing glass; the towels rack is also crammed in this peculiar shower. This installation was just too busy & the tile was not pretty. Good water pressure at least & KenetMD bath products can be found stocked inside. There are plenty of toiletries as well. No bathrobe but the towels were large & clean. TV & ENTERTAINMENT A ~40" LG TV in common area & bedroom(s). Typical fixed mount (bedroom) & swivel base setup with basic programming. It's difficulty to connect a chromecast/google TV or HDMI device in the bedrooms. WI-FI & CELL RECEPTION Verizon service is strong in this area/building. Complimentary WiFi is unencrypted & serviceable. --Nerd Stats-- 8-10 Mbps download 8-10 Mbps upload 0% packet loss 7 ms latency 10 ms jitter --Performance-- Video streaming - good Online gaming - average Video chatting - average FOOD & DRINK DoorDash friendly location with a full kitchen at your disposal... mostly. The silverware needed washing before we could use any of it, but we had to buy cleaning tools in order to do that. Pots & lids were missing, so we had to get creative while cooking. There's a snack shop in the lobby that carries frozen & instant meals + drinks. NOISE Wildlife in the area can be distracting with the windows open, but otherwise it's quiet inside & out. LOCATION This is a popular spot for "trouble makers" according to my Lyft drivers, so potentially a rough area. VERDICT Really underwhelming & disappointing for my first "Hyatt House" experience. Many of the amenities are also "indefinitely closed" like other hospitality businesses post-covid. This location needs a lot of help. I don't recommend this property unless you're out of options. It's serviceable but painfully dirty. 1.5/5

There are certain standards in every business to become a franchisee. I'm not sure how this hotel meets any of them for Hyatt. I have been staying with the Hyatt chain for years. Prior to the pandemic I was a Globalist. I have seen the good and bad of their brand and usually it's with a franchised hotel. I was booked to stay for 13 days, and we decided to leave after 2. I have cannot emphasize how bad the hotel is without just sounding whiny or elitist. I can say it was not up to my standards. The pictures speak for themselves. I spoke with the GM, and he agreed that the hotel need to be remodeled. He blamed COVID for it not happening sooner. I'm calling BS on this excuse. If funds were allocated for a remodel, it would have happened. The customer service is par at best. I had two packages sent to the hotel from South America with tracking numbers. The first was UPS and the second was USPS. The first one was received and the process at the hotel worked. The process is to write in a 3-ring binder all incoming packages for guest. Place the package in the back for pick up. The second package was delivered, and it disappeared. Both USPS shows it was delivered and the company website stated it was delivered. For a day in a half the front desk people checked the book and the back and said it wasn't received. I was told maybe they delivered to the wrong hotel. Prior to checking out I asked again seeing a different person at the counter. Again, same answer. Thirty minutes later she called me and asked about the size and contents of the box. I answered and bingo, she found it. It was open by the GM and on his desk. He never logged it in the books as received and it was in the mail pickup area for counter personnel to hand out. When I arrived to pick up the package, the GM questioned the worker on me receiving it. Her response was classic "because he described what was in it without seeing it." I'm not accusing him of being malicious. I'm just stating the process for receiving a package was followed. He stated the package had no name on it. I checked and the company put Hyatt House and neglected to have my name. In my mind, this still should not have stopped it from being logged in as a package received and placed in the pickup area. These are the properties that make me lose faith in the Hyatt.

Hyatt House Denver Tech Center Eddie checked us in your professional and friendly and I was able to say hi and chat with Talal in the morning. Upon checking in I had to change my room again because I always request high floors away from the elevators and they don't seem to get that correct. I do have to say though once we got to her room, it was wonderful spacious big two bedroom with a kitchen to cook. Location is great I will definitely stay here again. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Very Moldy AC Vent in our Room

We have stayed at the Hyatt House Denver Tech Center during our visits to the Denver area for years. It is an excellent location if your interests are principally in the southern reaches of metro Denver. Regrettably, Hyatt House in the Denver Tech Center appears to be slowly dying of neglect and poor management. Last year (2022) on our visit the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. This year, the sign at the front desk read "Swimming Pool is Closed Until Further Notice." Our room overlooked the pool. We NEVER saw ANY evidence whatever of work underway to make the pool ready for use. If they are not going to have a usable pool, I think it would be better to remove all references to the swimming pool from the hotel website. That would certainly be less misleading to potential visitors. The room itself appeared to be reasonably clean, until we looked up and saw the mold and filth on the air conditioner vents in the ceiling. I'd prefer not to have my family breathing air filtered through such a horribly moldy AC system. I hate to see the Hyatt House Denver Tech Center go down the tubes like this, but my family deserves better.

We loved our stay here! Were local from up north and needed a change from the same old up there. This place satisfied all our needs for a one-night stay of partying in the tech ctr area. The weekend pricing is great! I didn't need a lot of attention from the staff, but kudos for all being rather cute as well as super friendly. Clean rooms loved the kitchen as well as the separate living area from the bedroom, I snore and with closing doors the wife could escape for a few. This option cost more at other similar hotels. Omelet station in the morning, well, I've had better but can't complain. Heck, at least they offer one. My only recommendation is to vacuum a bit. The elevator was bad and didn't see a housekeeper with a single vacuum in sight. Overall a very good stay and will come back again. Oh yes. We got there at like 10am and are room was ready! Big plus!

After a denver business trip, I stayed extra 2 days in DTC area. Cant beat corporate rate at Hyatt House. I have a one bedroom studio all to myself. Hot Breakfast , parking and internet included. Great location, right next to target. Great staff at front desk.

Traveling With Kids? Think Twice…read more What should have been a simple family hotel stay turned into one of the most stressful travel experiences I've ever had. I arrived just before midnight with my two children after completing mobile check-in through the Marriott Bonvoy app earlier and having a confirmed reservation. After multiple trips between the front desk and the room because our key would not work, staff finally opened the door--only for us to discover that another guest was already staying in the room that had been assigned to us. At that point, my children were exhausted and ready for bed. Instead of resolving the situation, I was told there were no rooms available for us, despite my confirmed reservation. It was incredibly upsetting to be standing in a hotel lobby late at night with two tired children and nowhere to sleep. To make matters worse, I watched other guests check in after me while I was being told there was no room for my family. The hotel ultimately sent us to a Comfort Inn at another location. We didn't have a car and had to arrange transportation in the middle of the night. By the time we arrived, it was 2am. The replacement hotel was old, dirty, and nowhere near the quality of the hotel I had booked. My children had difficulty sleeping, and what should have been a restful night became a frustrating and exhausting ordeal. I was promised that a manager would contact me to discuss what happened, but that call never came. No explanation, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right. Families depend on hotels to provide the basic security of knowing they have a room waiting for them at the end of a long day. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. Being left without a room after midnight with two children despite a confirmed reservation is something no family should have to experience. Gold Elite status, confirmed reservation, checked in with room assigned all meant nothing.
