Alright, let's bring this one up to the current. Since our last stay a few years ago, there has been some progress. It looks like the entire property underwent a renovation which has made everything look much brighter and fresher. When the HVAC turned on in the room it always made a dull thump like a 40-year-old box truck with a bad transmission changing gears, then once it kicked on, it sounded like we were on the deck of an aircraft carrier while they're launching planes. Consistent, but still really loud. II. If you're on the first floor, the walls/doors are very thick which is good as the lobby noise is also jet engine loud from the TVs, teenage sports team kids hanging out-talking-yelling-walking the floors over and over like sentinels and the handful of people eating dinner. The lobby design is a perfect amplifier for noise. At the end of the day, most ES locations are fairly old and tired and I'm not sure that the concept of the free for all evening reception or the made to order/buffet breakfast makes sense in today's entitled consume everything at all costs age that too many people live in, but, this is still a solid choice in the area and compared to a lot of other ES locations that I've seen, this one is a-ok. read more

Excellent rooms, service and restaurant at a reasonable price. We checked in just before the snow started falling for a nationwide storm in case we lost power. They gave us adjoining rooms which each had a spacious living room and a separate bedroom--felt very luxurious with enough space to do Pilates. We had a tasty dinner at the restaurant, crab cakes and a delicious salad with perfectly grilled chicken and a wonderful peanut sauce. The hard working bartender deserves a medal for keeping everyone happy during happy hour in a blizzard. Hotel is clean, elegant, light and bright with excellent front desk staff who kindly lent me a scraper to dig out my car. I would definitely come back gladly! read more

The suite was nice, clean and updated. There was plenty of space. There was ample free parking. Breakfast was delicious! There was an omelette bar that was well stocked. There was also a breakfast buffet that had a variety of items and fresh fruit. I appreciated all of the seating in the courtyard area. There was also a wine dispenser which was an amazing touch! Staff was friendly and courteous. There was an issue with an upstairs neighbors running multiple laps for over an hour in the hallway and either the staff addressed it or the runner got tired and stopped. The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel was that it took an hour to get into the city and back. But that's not the fault of the hotel. read more

My family and I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in Wayne PA as my son had a lacrosse tournament in Downington. My family and I have stayed in several Hiltons over the years and I would say Hilton or the Hilton Family of hotels is the #one we choose to stay in. I've never complained throughout the years of travel. Our son is 13, and part of the lacrosse tournament experience is to get to spend time with your team outside the field of play. Although none of our team's boys got into any trouble, I feel strongly that I leave the review as the rules at the hotel are ridiculous and wish the club team had chosen another hotel. We've been traveling for years. And the hotels we've stayed at have always been accommodating. Let people hang in the lobby area as the rooms are small for groups. Adults and kids can play cards and have a low key evening. 1. Having to sign a disclaimer at check in about alcohol and curfews among others. Obviously your hotel here does not embrace the "your home away from home" guest service opinion. I'm paying over $400 to stay a weekend...what exactly is my value in staying here when you treat guests like a criminal at check in and lambast guests with ridiculous rules? 2. Our team was exhausted after playing in 90 degree weather all day, Saturday. We decided it would be best to order pizza and have a low key dinner. The pizza delivery place didn't include plates for over 30 people. A team dad went down to the bar area to check to see if plates were available. The bar tender yelled at the dad for carrying a drink (in a can koozie) and refused to answer any questions until he took the beverage back to the room. When he complied. The bar tender gave him 4 plates. He saw 5 pizzas come in, large order of wings and gave 4 plates. Fortunately the pizza place knew above and beyond service and came back with plates and napkins. 3. Same bar tender wouldn't let the boys eat in the lobby area. Said..."and if you think you're eating that pizza down here, you've got another thing coming". Boys weren't around when the dad was told this and some went to eat in the spacious lobby and were told to get out. Wouldn't you prefer them to eat at tables together then sitting in the hallway halls with the potential to get pizza all over? 4. Curfew. Security would loudly announce that curfew has passed and get to your rooms. I understand quiet hours and having security for things out of hand. The kids were not being disturbing or anything and the control that this hotel tries to lay out is awful....and the last thing welcoming. Weird when we were hanging out in a parent's room with the door open and security is sweeping the halls looking for rule breakers. Seriously though...weddings in hotels go past 10pm. Kids didn't get a chance to enjoy their first weekend of summer vacation. 5. Never have I seen a hotel say you can't hang out in the lobby. So weird. The adults normally play cards and chat, the boys also play games. This hotel felt like a prison where you were confined to your room unless you wanted to buy something from the bar. If you used guest services for a snack, it felt like make the buy and get back to your room. 6. Elevator. First just let's say that this hotel is gorgeous. The elevators are nice. Not functional. We were riding down from the 4th and the elevator stopped at the 2nd floor when trying to go to the lobby to leave. The doors wouldn't open and opened maybe an inch. Then wouldn't go anywhere. Tried telling the front desk woman associate but she wouldn't even make eye contact or acknowledge me standing there. I understand that it can get chaotic with a team and multiple teams staying at the hotels. I do truly believe what the kids will remember the most is their hotel stay and the time spent off the field. They won't remember each and every game played, but they'll remember the fun they had together. This hotel put a damper on that. Militant rules and expectations when WE paid a hefty price to stay here was ridiculous. Good notes: breakfast staff was great. Very friendly and quick to pick up plates, fill empty containers, etc. Our check in person was great. Sorry he had to be the bearer of the rules. I gave this 2 stars for a few reasons. I live staying at Embassy hotels but I felt this particular one was not as bright as others. I arrived on my floor at 4:30 pm to be met outside my door with a line of cleaning rags. 1 at my front door and a few more outside 2 other doors. I was not a fan of this. I appreciate the happy hour but in the age of COVID there was nothing to make me feel they are going the extra mile to make their guest feel safe. The happy hour was met with a ton of children and adults using the same tongs. A nice gesture would e providing disposable gloves or at least hand sanitizer on the tables. The room was clean upon arrival but I could tell it was a rush job. This was my least favorite experience in an Embassy Suite. read more

This a great property to stay at when in the KOP area. It's not that far from Philadelphia and close to many historical attractions. The staff are warm and welcoming, and accommodating to provide a great stay. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception are nicely done and offer a relaxing environment. The best thing in my opinion is the fact these are two room suites. With mini-fridge and microwaves. This makes I it a home away from home. The decor is in need of updating and they are doing just that to lighten it up and be more modern. If I'd known the hotel allowed this, I would not have booked. I have called down twice and was told they would enforce a curfew but it's still noisy downstairs and I can't sleep. I'd say be careful if you are booking that there isn't some kind of group. I was supposed to stay another night but I'm looking up other hotels to see if I can switch. I'm a Diamond member and stay at Hiltons a lot. I forgot that embassy suites always face in, and it's like an echo chamber all the way up to the 5th floor. read more

Check in was the highlight of our entire experience at this very average (at best) hotel. Unfortunately, it was all down hill from there. While the staff may believe its the Ritz or Waldorf, rooms are tired, small and show evidence of recent prior guests. By all accounts they are understaffed. Those we did interact with where not the most pleasant hospitality employees Before even arriving, hotel staff set that tone that sports teams are not welcome and children are to be kept on leashes and quiet at all times. For the record, we did not specifically choose these accommodations, they are assigned. Our room was average at best with a high hat light in the bathroom that had obvious signs of water damage from above. On our last day we noticed an active slow drip. I'm sure water and electricity combine well for the safety of guests. I would guess the room was given a very basic cleaning after the last guest left, but it was far from spotless or even sanitized. Forget any kind of sound proofing, a sneeze in the hallway could be heard in the room as well as traffic from Route 202. Cocktail Reception - Disguising, no serving utensils out or plates for snacks. What a petri dish delight it was. A couple of bowls of chips and something that resemble a cheese platter. No bar tender when we arrived and when he did show up he was about as warm and hospitable as a pissed off mama grizzly bear. No outside food or drink is allowed in certain areas. No problem, provide reliable access to food and drink for your guests. Even congregating in these areas was not tolerated. You've decided to host sports teams for a tournament and then put up a sign that no sports equipment is allowed in the hotel. Absolutely brilliant! No matter, we brought in our bagged gear as I was not leaving expensive equipment in our vehicle, in a lot, I'm sure they would take no responsibility for if theft or damage occurred. Security threatened minor children to break down hotel doors and one that claimed to have a weapon. Awesome! I should add that no attempt was made to speak with the parents of these minor children about what their egregious offenses might have been. Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Understaffed, cold buffet food and empty chaffing trays. Good luck finding utensils there either. The hotel is not equipped to handle the volume of people they booked in their very own hotel. Most of their noise issues stem from having a bar at the bottom of a multi-story atrium. Your poor design choices are not the fault of guests. Noise from bar patrons was just fine so long as they were spending money at the bar watching football. Inability to clear sidewalks or parking lot of snow. For the life of me, I cannot figure out why management of this hotel would throw their hat into the ring to host sports teams when they obviously do not want this clientele or equipped to handle significant volume. Not once did anyone come speak to any of the parents of our group, but had no problem intimidating the minor children we travelled with. As for being a guest at this hotel, I should comment that the tournament directors assign hotels and we had no real choice. Lady at the bar was very unprofessional. I asked for silverware and she said to go to the front desk. Strange but ok... went over to the reception area and they tried to give me a plastic fork. When I headed back to the restaurant the same lady now said because I didn't order food that what people normally get then proceeded to hand me A fork, just a fork with her bare hands not even wrapped in a napkin holding it straight in the middle. Let that sink in, I just asked for silverware. Im a Hilton Diamond member and this is the worst service from all my business travels!!! For years, Embassy Suites has been my favorite hotel. Over the past few years, I have been disappointed with every Embassy Suite. The quality of service has gone down. During my stay at this location, the aroma of marijuana was very strong when I got off the elevator. The aroma was strong at the Embassy Suite in Atlanta as well. Lately, housekeeping is not providing enough towels and wash clothes. On my reservation, it says three people. We get to the room, there are only two towels and two wash clothes. I called the front desk and they brought extra towels and wash clothes immediately. But, housekeeping should read the reservation and make sure they are putting enough towels and wash clothes in each room. Now, what upset me the most is the unclean refrigerator. I had food that I wanted to put in the refrigerator, but could not because it was dirty. I got ice from the machine and kept my food in the cooler. If COVID wasn't an issue, I would have requested another room. But I had already cleaned and disinfected my room. My last issue is bedding for the sofa bed. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. Had to wait a while for them to bring bedding. The bedding should have been in the room. There was only a king bed and three adults. Now, I must say the front desk staff was very polite. The breakfast was ok due to COVID. I'm hoping corporate reads this and try to correct these issues. read more

We're loyal to Hilton. (Really to reap the rewards of their points program.) When there's an Embassy Suites in the area that we're visiting, we inevitably book it. The plusses: +++ Made-to-order breakfasts +++ Free happy hour, starting at 5:30 p.m. +++ Comfortable beds with soft duvets and linen. +++ Extra room. When my daughter comes with us, she's fine on the sofa bed in the sitting room. This hotel is no different than other Embassy Suites. The staff is helpful, the rooms comfortable and clean. HOWEVER ... Our room had no tub. Just a shower. (I like a tub!) Twice we had to request additional towels since the maid short-changed us. This past weekend -- who knows if this is typical -- the place was overrun with young kids from sports teams. They were loud. They were pushy. They were everywhere. Worst 4.5 hours of my life so far (2 of which was waiting for my room to be "ready") I understand they want to make a buck but this is obscene. Don't book the rooms if they aren't ready. Check-in time is 3. Get to hotel at 5 and there's a slew of people hanging out in lobby waiting for rooms. Go to desk, told not ready yet, 30-40 minutes. A few iterations of that, that cleaning manager needs to check it out, and at 7 room is finally "ready". Note that in the meantime, I've been told there's no hot water, 940p now and still can't find any. Too many people waiting for slow elevators, so I take stairs. Met by do not enter sign because of construction. Get to room. Lot of construction dust on door. Ok. Go in room, looks cleanish. Only a king, wanted two queens, at least I can take off my jacket. Go into bathroom seems odd there's no towels. I'm wrong, there one bath towel on a shelf. No others. No hot water, I guess no need for towels. Lots of air in pipes too. Open fold out bed, no sheets, not just no sheets, they didn't remove the plastic bag the mattress came in or the staple holding the cloth that holds the folded bed in folded position. Looked in drawers etc no sheets or pillow or blanket there. Back to the desk, it is understaffed and seems to have no back office to handle phones. Towels, sheets, blanket and pillow arrive eventually. However, ran into friends on way to lobby and warmed them of what I found. Couple hours later, stories of a bunch of broken glass outside their door, under the table I'm the entry room and similar no sheets, pillows etc. Here with a team thing or I'd have just driven 3 hours home and back tomorrow. On to the next saga...go to bar to order a sandwich for my kid. Sit at bar, wait at bar, wait at bar, wait at bar, get up, walk to middle of bar, bartender does about 30 seconds face time with customers and then 10 minutes disappears. Order food about 830 ask for it for room (no room service menu in room that I can find and hoped this would be quicker than delivery....was wrong) Sit down, browse phone, look at social media sites, play a language game, get sucked into conversations of people around me who are waiting and seated at bar trying to get another drink. Sadly not till my food comes (50 minutes...for a cheese-steak, I could have run to Philly...) do they actually get another drink. I'm curious, I don't like to touch other people's food but my night had gone so well. Cold. The bread the meat and the fries were warm. I'm done. The bartender is the bartender. The choice to book these rooms in construction and not have a significant number ready, and not do any notification and all that? That's management trying to make a quick buck. The staff response was pretty poor but again that's probably management leaving them powerless. I will avoid this place (not sure I care to do research to find who the management company is, to avoid them too) at all costs in the future. I've stayed in some really nice places and some really crappy ones. This isn't the Ritz by any stretch but has taken the title as my worst hotel experience. Btw room to room walls are paper thin too. I stay here every time I travel for work. It's generally a pretty nice hotel. I love having a suite. The first room is the living room and the back room is the bedroom. I will say, I think it's a bit in need of renovations, but nothing major. The water pressure in the showers is really low too. They have complimentary made to order omelettes for breakfast and they also have a complimentary happy hour every day. This stay I did randomly get kicked out of my room because the battery on the door died, but they were very helpful and got it fixed so I could get back in right away. They are also very helpful when checking in and suggesting which rooms will be best based on noise levels. I would recommend staying here if you're in the area. read more

Only giving 1 star because I can't select 0. The security guard Gerald accused my son of "running a muck" and causing trouble. I explained we had only checked in, ate dinner at the hotel restaurant together and then went to our rooms so he must be mistaken. He continued aggressively accuse my son and said he had him on video. I asked to see said video to which he then said he didn't have the video. He refused to believe that my family checked in, ate dinner and went to our room. I have NEVER experienced anything like this at a hotel!! I would never recommend anyone stay here and I would recommend this hotel NEVER host a sports tournament again as their staff cannot handle it! Breakfast was gross. The eggs were like rubber. Hotel restaurant was overpriced and had rude staff. Rooms were musty and not stocked with any of the normal complimentary items. The Catering Manager Hikmet Vsyaler, and the bar manager Kathy, was very rude and disrespectful to our group, that was holding a conference in the hotel. In 47yrs I have never felt as disrespected as these two people made me feel. I hate to say that the treatment was racially motivated, but that's definitely how it felt. read more

We just stayed here for a hockey tournament. This was the second time we've stayed at this location and it's my favorite hotel in this area. They are very experienced with large groups. The staff were wonderful. They greeted us with a pretty fabulous welcome bag (I think for being diamond members). Every single staff member we spoke to were delightful. To say this place needs a makeover is an understatement. The first room they put me in backed up against a busy freeway with a view of the dumpsters. So when I was awoken at 5:30am by the sound of trucks tearing by my window, I shouldn't have been surprised. One room change later and I'm looking out from the front of the hotel with a much improved view and more importantly, no noise. To the shower I go. Switch it on and water proceeds to shoot out from the sides of the shower head, spraying the floor, walls, toilet, mirror and me. On the plus side I can now skip the shower. The entire hotel is dated, and not particularly clean. The elevators are smudged and streaked with the fingerprints of guests long since gone. The carpets look like someone has been murdered on them. I came back to my room after the first day to find my bathroom had been cleaned, towels refreshed, but my bed still unmade. Seriously Embassy Suites, WTF is going on here LOL? Both the gym and the pool were out of commission during my stay there, although if they're anything like the rest of the hotel, I didn't miss much. The only redeeming thing about this place (and the reason it gets 2 stars not 1) is the complimentary happy hour at the bar. Get drunk enough and you might not care about the noise, lack of cleanliness and leaking shower heads. read more

This was the hotel of choice for a wedding that I recently attended. As the stars denote, I have experienced better. First, the hotel's parking lot is poorly lit at night. I'm unfamiliar with the area, and it is a little unnerving to have to walk across a rather large parking lot without any ambient light. Second, the hotel needs to hire additional staff to help bus dishes at the complimentary breakfast. When I arrived to the buffet at 9 o'clock, all of the tables were already full -- some with other patrons eating breakfast, but many were occupied by dirty dishes of breakfast goers past. There were even some tables that had half-empty beer bottles (seemingly from the night before). Third, the "late" check out is a joke. The hotel only permitted me an extra half hour, meaning a 12:30 checkout instead of noon. My only other option was to pay another full night's rate (I really only wanted to stay until about 2 o'clock). read more

We got a large suite, which we found out was handicap accessible. We didn't need it but it was a very spacious room. Currently going through renovations to modernize it and it's looking great! We are giving this hotel a 5 star because they offer a free happy hour and free buffet breakfast. The best hotel buffet breakfast with a make your own omelet bar, a bread bar, an oatmeal bar and much more! Only negative we found about this specific room, is there is only one outlet plug in the bathroom and it is semi covered by the mirror vanity. I won a free night here at work and the wife and I cashed in on it over the weekend. I work nearby and we have plenty of visitors who stay here so I was looking forward to the night out. When I first walked in, I was a bit disappointed as the outside seemed nicer than the inside. The lobby is nothing to get overly excited about, but they were friendly. They also have snacks, medicine, and drinks that can be purchased here as well. The daily managers reception was still going on, but we opted to skip on this event. Our room was on the first floor right next to the open area where the manager's reception was going on. It also seems to be a gathering place and we could often hear noise from people in this area throughout the evening. I would suggest asking for a higher room or in another part of the hotel. The rooms are 2-room suites and when you first walk in, you are in the living room. As you walk thru, the middle portion is the bathroom and coffee area and the bedroom is at the back. Although it's called a 2-room suite, there are no doors separating any of these areas. The first thing I noticed is how dark the living area was, even with several lights on. As I began taking pictures of the room, my wife continued on to check out the rest of the place. Then all I hear from her is "What is that bug crawling on the pillow!" followed by "Is that a bed bug?". I walked into the bedroom to simply discover that is was nothing more than an ant crawling around. Still a bit disappointing, but at least it wasn't a bed bug. We pulled the sheets back on the bed to make sure everything was clean, and it was, but I will say that the bed linens seemed a bit worn to me. In general, the room was showing it's age with some spots on the walls/ceilings/floor and some of the furniture nicked up. It wouldn't necessarily prevent me from staying here, but the place is in need of a facelift. The work area was OK and free WiFi was available. There is an outlet that is easy to get to for plugging in your laptop. If you wanted to watch TV while you worked, you would have to turn the TV or sit on the couch and work there. The room also contains a small fridge and microwave, but no in-room safe that I could find. The usual other amenities can be found here like iron, ironing board, luggage rack, etc. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of counter space to put your stuff out on. I liked the big shower head and water pressure was very nice. There is a TV in both the living area and in the bedroom. We never turned the TV on so can't really comment on it. The bed was pretty comfortable. There is a night stand on either side of the bed, but no easy access to plugs. I had to unplug the lamp in order to plug in my CPAP machine, and then I still had no place to plug in my phone. I woke up at one point and looked at the clock to find that it was 9 something. At first I thought my phone alarm did not go off at 7 as planned and that I overslept but then was thinking it was still awfully dark in the room. As it turns out, the clock was set incorrectly and was 5 hours behind in time. Not sure why housekeeping didn't catch that and set it correctly. Breakfast in the morning was also included, so we went over to the on-site restaurant where they had "made-to-order" breakfast. Basically they would make omelets for you, or you could just get something from the buffet. There was an assortment of breads, cereals, fruit along with oatmeal, pancakes, bacon, breakfast potatoes, sausage, and eggs. For drinks there was coffee, tea, and an assortment of juices. All in all, breakfast was decent and no major complaints here. In the end, we for the most part enjoyed our one night stay here. I still feel like the hotel needs to do some renovation to keep it fresh and newer looking. read more

This is an nice hotel. Hotel rooms have sitting areas separate from the bedroom which is a nice change. There is a complimentary bar open for "Happy Hour" when you first get back to the hotel. In addition, they have a complimentary breakfast. My only real complaint is the design. The atrium of the hotel spans all 5 floors and the ground floor is all marble. As a result all sounds from the first floor funnel up the atrium to all floors. This can result in a loud hotel. It isn't overbearing, but it can be annoying when they have company meetings that spill out into the bar area late at night. Overall though, this is a friendly and nice hotel. We reserved one of a block of rooms for family wedding nearby. They promised bride a few early check-ins for people she pre-identified. It was a joke. THERE WAS NOT EVEN A ROOM FOR THE BRIDE! If checkout is noon how could there be no clean rooms by 2? No sense of urgency on part of desk clerk. Manager told me only way to guarantee early check-in is to pre-pay. Four different people had called the hotel prior to arrival and were never given this option. There were many children - throwing ball in lobby, shooting pucks in hallway -hotel staff did nothing. They should have talked to chaperones. Several wedding guests went to the bar in the evening. One bartender was very surly. Hotel is dated. Carpets dirty. Suite itself was very nice. Housekeepers were nicest members of the staff. Definitely not a good experience. read more

Not a very impressive hotel, at all! The customer service was excellent, but the condition of the hotel is just sorry. When I first checked in, I was given room 305. For the most part, the room looked great, except for two things, a shredded curtain and busted AC unit. I had the room running for over 6 hours and it got no cooler than 76 degrees. By 11pm I called to the front desk and got Lacy, who was very helpful. Lacy found me another room that had working AC and allowed me to move in that night. So I now move my stuff into room 215 and leave to head back to my old room to get the rest of my stuff. When I get back, I notice the door didn't latch/lock behind me. Upon closer inspection the I noticed damage to the door. The metal door latch was very loosely screwed in because it had clearly been torn from the door itself. In addition, the door didn't latch/close behind me because the locking mechanism plate was broken/loosened. Then to make things worst, after 15 mins of the AC running, the entire unit started vibrating and loudly rattling throughout the bedroom and living room. Finally, Lacy moved me to a 3rd room, 218. While the AC unit was somewhat loud in that room as well, it was acceptable. Lacy also comped me one night of my stay for the inconvenience. I'll add that another one of my co-workers also had AC and door problems with his original room. He too was moved. So here's my issue... How is it possible for you to have rooms with broken AC units, in the summer? Either fix the units or take the rooms out of service. Secondly, it is completely unacceptable to have doors that can't securely lock. That's a safety issue. Again, why those doors aren't repaired immediately is ridiculous! Thirdly, the shredded curtain in room 305, how hard is to just replace it? Check my pictures out for proof that I'm not making this up! On the positive side, every employee that interacted with was professional and helpful. Lacy and Corey at the front desk were great, but the bartenders and kitchen staff were awesome too. read more

This is a horrible hotel property. It is in the middle of nowhere with NOTHING around it. And for some reason it is packed tonight. The digital app assigned me to an accessible room because, according to the app, it was the only room left. As I checked it I asked about a room change. The front desk told me I booked an accessible room and that there were no changes because they are full tonight. Tried explaining that I did not book an accessible room, the app assigned it to me. The guy behind the counter was a condescending jerk (not just to me but to the young woman that was trying to help me) as he got involved a ridiculous conversation ensued and I just finally gave up. The room can't be that bad for one night, right? Wrong!! Terrible room. It is not a suite at all. It's a single room. It had a dorm room sized fridge with a microwave stacked on top sitting on the floor. Felt like it *was* a dorm room. And to make it worse they put it in the walkway next to the bed, completely blocking the path to the bed. So much for access! It has no desk to work at either so for me, it was an unusable room. And the closet? A total joke. Honestly my suitcase was bigger - and bear in mind it is a roll aboard. It was so small that the ironing board blocked you from being able to put anything in the closet. And it is a good thing I'm only staying one night as it only had 3 hangars. Bottom line, this place is crap. A sincere candidate for the worst room in the Hilton chain. Honestly, I'd rather stay at a Hampton Inn. Heck, I'd take a Holiday Inn over this crap room and miserable property. read more

I stayed at this hotel in March 2022. My room smelled of strong freshener trying to cover up from someone smoking in the room. The windows cannot be opened. The bathroom was dirty. There were kids running around the lobby but when reported to hotel management they said they could not tell people how to manage their children. There were busloads of people staying there. All in all a very bad and tiring experience. read more
