Wine dispensers

The suite was nice, clean and updated. There was plenty of space. There was ample free parking. Breakfast was delicious! There was an omelette bar that was well stocked. There was also a breakfast buffet that had a variety of items and fresh fruit. I appreciated all of the seating in the courtyard area. There was also a wine dispenser which was an amazing touch! Staff was friendly and courteous. There was an issue with an upstairs neighbors running multiple laps for over an hour in the hallway and either the staff addressed it or the runner got tired and stopped. The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel was that it took an hour to get into the city and back. But that's not the fault of the hotel.

Nice and renovated and done well.

This a great property to stay at when in the KOP area. It's not that far from Philadelphia and close to many historical attractions. The staff are warm and welcoming, and accommodating to provide a great stay. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception are nicely done and offer a relaxing environment. The best thing in my opinion is the fact these are two room suites. With mini-fridge and microwaves. This makes I it a home away from home. The decor is in need of updating and they are doing just that to lighten it up and be more modern. The changes are going to be awesome and there are mmorw to come to make this a destination stay location.

Everywhere! Its not even Halloween yet

Lady at the bar was very unprofessional. I asked for silverware and she said to go to the front desk. Strange but ok... went over to the reception area and they tried to give me a plastic fork. When I headed back to the restaurant the same lady now said because I didn't order food that what people normally get then proceeded to hand me A fork, just a fork with her bare hands not even wrapped in a napkin holding it straight in the middle. Let that sink in, I just asked for silverware. Im a Hilton Diamond member and this is the worst service from all my business travels!!! Management needs to train their folks or hire people that want to be there in the CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY!!!

This is what the refrigerator looked like in my room.

For years, Embassy Suites has been my favorite hotel. Over the past few years, I have been disappointed with every Embassy Suite. The quality of service has gone down. During my stay at this location, the aroma of marijuana was very strong when I got off the elevator. The aroma was strong at the Embassy Suite in Atlanta as well. Lately, housekeeping is not providing enough towels and wash clothes. On my reservation, it says three people. We get to the room, there are only two towels and two wash clothes. I called the front desk and they brought extra towels and wash clothes immediately. But, housekeeping should read the reservation and make sure they are putting enough towels and wash clothes in each room. Now, what upset me the most is the unclean refrigerator. I had food that I wanted to put in the refrigerator, but could not because it was dirty. I got ice from the machine and kept my food in the cooler. If COVID wasn't an issue, I would have requested another room. But I had already cleaned and disinfected my room. My last issue is bedding for the sofa bed. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. Had to wait a while for them to bring bedding. The bedding should have been in the room. There was only a king bed and three adults. Now, I must say the front desk staff was very polite. The breakfast was ok due to COVID. I'm hoping corporate reads this and try to correct these issues.

Waiting in line. One person at the counter. Not great.

Not a great scene right now. About 20th in line to check in. Totally frustrating. It's Not like they don't know people have reservations. Why do they only have one guy at the counter? Is it a surprise that we're here? Totally frustrating. I'll bet you anything the room isn't preset with requests made on the app?

Location: perfect for seeing local attractions like the Philadelphia Zoo, the mall, and Valley Forge. Close to the express way. It's also not far from downtown Philadelphia. We had all the amenities we needed, like refrigerator, microwave, and small one cup coffee maker with coffee and tea. The room was clean, well lit, updated, and comfortable. It included a mini fridge, a stove, a microwave, a small closet, a large bathroom, a table and chair, and a sitting chair. The window treatments were well chose, worked well, and worked effectively at keeping the room dark in broad daylight. The air conditioner worked well and the room was comfortable. The bed and pillows were also comfortable. The shower was nice and it had soap, shampoo, and conditioner fastened to the wall. We swam in the pool once and had a couple drinks, which were readily available from the lobby's grab-n-go section. The staff were friendly as well. We slept through breakfast everyday, so we didn't get to try that. But so many wonderful food options nearby, that didn't both us one bit. Very nice hotel. Very nice staff.

The lobby was bright and welcoming, and Wynter at the front desk was friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home The room had a full kitchen (microwave + full-size fridge), which was a fun bonus; Wegmans is only about 3 minutes away. They also offer happy hour from 4-6 PM with fruit and cheese, plus complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel: fresh egg bites, made-to-order breakfast burritos, fresh fruit, plenty of bread options, and good coffee and tea. The pool was clean and warm, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was amazing. Great location near shopping and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend it. There is a $12 overnight parking fee added to your room.

The help is wonderful, polite and friendly. I only drink water so I requested a pitcher and was granted that. The table settings were beautiful at our party and I loved the centerpieces with a nice flair with Christmas Colors. The room was beautiful with an ample dance floor. For appetizers we had small bacon wrapped scallops, pork filled crispy pot stickers, mushroom caps stuffed with crab meat and vegetable egg rolls - all were great. I especially loved the scallops and crab stuffed mushrooms! We had a Mediterranean type table with cheeses, hummus, tabouli (I think?) & naan style bread triangles. Everything was enjoyable. For entrees we had a buffet serve yourself. On the menu was salmon with lemon butter sauce, thin slices top sirloin (I didn't have that), chicken Marsala w broccoli rabe (which was tough) the broccoli rabe was undercooked, salads, a caprese type salad, and potato wedges. We had an amazing mashed potato bar with red bliss and sweet potatoes too. Butter, brown sugar, scallions, sour cream, shredded cheese-all was wonderful and our group loved them a lot! The salmon was juicy but the sauce was gelatinous and I scraped it off because it was so heavy. I thought the salmon seemed to be a good quality so I didn't think all that sauce was necessary. The help was on top of the buffet situation and replenished the trays in a timely fashion. Desserts were unremarkable. The chocolate Yule log was good, the brownies looked like and tasted like Little Debbie, the cookies weren't very appetizing & were obviously commercially made, and there was a white strawberry cake w whipped cream icing. The location is great and close to the office but the hotel is in need of a face lift. The help was attentive though and we all had an enjoyable time.
