Apparently I haven't stayed at a Courtyard in a long time because this one was way nicer than I remember them being. The lobby was very contemporary and boasted seating around a large screen TV, several PCs/Printers for internet use, a quick dry goods store and the bistro that served breakfast/lunch and dinner. The rooms were very spacious. I had one off the courtyard that had a small balcony off it looking over the fire-pit and towards the indoor pool. The room itself was fine, nothing stands out, but nothing was wrong. I will say it was a very full hotel, yet very quiet. They have free wi-fi, but they limit the bandwidth, so if you want to stream you may have to pay $4.95 to upgrade your connection. All in all it was a good stay. Near restaurants, easy to get in/out of, quiet and clean - that is all I need!

I waited for management to respond to me about my experience @ the hotel. Since they didn't, here…read moreis my review. I booked two rooms the first week of October. The rooms were a very sad decor, but you can see from the photos. What I didn't expect for $400.00 a night, for each room, was that they don't turn on the heat until a first frost? When I called down freezing at 11:00pm, I was told that they would bring me a cotton blanket and a "space heater!" I didn't know how cold I was going to get and didn't feel comfortable with a space heater, I got the blanket. At one am I got up & put on more clothes, took every towel and made a sleeping bag to roll up in. ( I didn't know my daughter had done the same thing in her room.) In the morning I told the front desk person that we had frozen all nigh...the desk guy shrugged and said, "well they just don't turn the heat on until they have to, that's why they have space heaters!" I said please have some one from management call me to refund my rooms, never heard a word, called left messages, even wrote in the email review they sent saying get in touch before I go to Yelp and warn people about the space heaters! The Wayne Hotel is the most expensive camping on the Main Line. Should you be forced to stay there, bring your own sleeping bag, warm socks, a sleep hat and a space heater! Cause they don't care.

The room was clean, well lit, updated, and comfortable. It included a mini fridge, a stove, a microwave, a small closet, a large bathroom, a table and chair, and a sitting chair. The window treatments were well chose, worked well, and worked effectively at keeping the room dark in broad daylight. The air conditioner worked well and the room was comfortable. The bed and pillows were also comfortable. The shower was nice and it had soap, shampoo, and conditioner fastened to the wall. We swam in the pool once and had a couple drinks, which were readily available from the lobby's grab-n-go section. The staff were friendly as well. We slept through breakfast everyday, so we didn't get to try that. But so many wonderful food options nearby, that didn't both us one bit. Very nice hotel. Very nice staff.

The lobby was bright and welcoming, and Wynter at the front desk was friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home The room had a full kitchen (microwave + full-size fridge), which was a fun bonus; Wegmans is only about 3 minutes away. They also offer happy hour from 4-6 PM with fruit and cheese, plus complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel: fresh egg bites, made-to-order breakfast burritos, fresh fruit, plenty of bread options, and good coffee and tea. The pool was clean and warm, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was amazing. Great location near shopping and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend it. There is a $12 overnight parking fee added to your room.
