Customer service is very poor. I have spent all morning trying to straighten out a check sent through their online banking system. You cannot talk to a local banker at your branch. Your call goes to a call center instead when you call the branch number. You get sent to a third party company for online banking. I spent a lot of time on hold with each of the numbers I called. They keep giving me the same phone numbers to call and I am going in circles with them and getting nowhere. And they want me to pay $30.00 to stop payment on a check that has not been delivered to the person it was sent to through their third party payment system company. And when I did talk to anyone they did not seem to care enough to fix the problem - unless I pay $30.00. And that may not even fix the problem. read more
