Calling all the ladies! If you need top notch quality care, I would definitely recommend this…read moreplace. I had such a great experience here, giving birth to my second child via St. Luke's. I had one of the first babies at the new birthing centre in Nampa a few years ago. It was pretty luxurious, to be honest. Thank you, OGA!!!

In 2024 I presented to the ER for excessive bleeding and cramping. At the time, I had an ultrasound…read moredone and then referred over to OGA due to having a dermoid cyst and uterine fibroid. I did a consult for surgery and was under the impression the surgery would be for both fibroid and ovarian cyst removed. I elected to move forward with the procedure due to my excruciating symptoms. I trusted Dr. Pittard to do the procedure I thought I had elected to do. Fast forward two years, my primary physician was concerned about my ongoing heavy bleeding that she referred me to get another ultrasound. It was determined that the fibroid that I thought was supposed to have been removed in 2024, was still there. I got a second opinion from another OBGYN who reviewed my surgical notes and he indicated it was likely the original fibroid that was embedded in my uterine walls was not removed and that a different penunculated fibroid that WOULD not be causing my heavy bleeding was the one that was actually removed. The OBGYN suggested that I should get this fibroid removed as it was impacting my uterine cavity and could affect my current plans of getting pregnant. My new obgyn also informed me that having surgery now would impact the timeframe for trying to concieve as I would have to wait 6 months. This is devastating to me, as this fibroid is the one I thought should have been removed by Dr. Pittard back in 2024 and it would not be a problem now that I am trying to conceive. I called OGA to try to get answers and they forwarded me to a voicemail and never returned my message. Not only until I called again to cancel my future appointments and advised I was going to the medical board that someone bothered to call me back. I got a half sorry and a promise that this would be escalated only for them never to contact me again. Now here I am- ready to have surgery again, having to take off more time from work, having to deal without ANOTHER excruciating recovery, being scared to go under anesthesia again, and having to put off my plans to try to conceive. I trusted OGA to do the job I hired them to do. Instead I was left in the dark, until another healthcare professional sensed something was wrong. If this is the care Idaho women receive in OBGYN- we should be ashamed and do better. In response to what OGA responded- no my issues and concerns were never addressed until July 1st. The clinical director called explained what happened and advised that Dr. Pittard had never planned on removing my fibroid. That the procedure was only planned for the cyst removal and he just happened to find and remove another fibroid. She referred me back to my "diagnosis, assessment, and plan" that indicated the fibroid was never meant to be removed during this procedure. As the patient, I suppose I trusted too blindly and didn't understand the medical jargon enough to understand what was actually happening. I believe that this was a massive error in communication on OGAs side clearly evidenced by the fact I thought I'd had my fibroid removed for 2 years.

Zero stars. I made two sequential appointments for my boys for the same day. I arrived after 1pm…read moreand the staff advised me that my appointment times were 1pm and 1:20pm, which were not the times I had booked. I tried to glean an explanation for the change, and was mostly ignored by the staff. Then I was advised that the doctor would only be seeing one of my boys, as we had arrived late, and the 1pm appointment would no longer be honored. So I sat and waited, and got angrier by the second. When my boys name was called I went to the front desk and asked they had received the boys medical records from Kaiser (fax requested by them months earlier). One of the staff said that only some were, but noted the fax had in fact been sent. I asked if it was Dr Grigore's directive, or St Alphonsus' directive, to decline to see a patient when they have arrived late, and the staff said it was the doctor's directive. I then told them that I would find another doctor, and the response was a curt "ok, thanks" as we turned to leave. Poor customer service doesn't describe this. This was shitty customer service....this was "fuck you, too bad" thrown our way for no reason: 1. Our appointment times were changed, or input wrong by the person I spoke with; I had 1:30 and 2:30 for my two boys appointment times, which I obtained from the person whom I booked the appointments. 2. This was the boys initial visit to Dr Grigore, but the staff didn't exercise ANY discretion with regard to our tardiness and the doctor's policy, even though it was not our fault. 3. They faxed the medical records request to Kaiser MONTHS AGO, obtained some records, and apparently conducted no follow up to obtain the rest. 4. And they made no attempt to accommodate or assist us with fixing ANY of these issues. I did hear the staff whispering about us after I sat down angry. But apparently the result of those secret discussions was "too bad, fuck em", which is what we received in a nutshell. Within the last year I have been to the Nampa St Alphonsus ER for my wife, and received excellent care (it was from this experience I chose St Alphonsus to be our healthcare provider when we came to live in Idaho). I have twice been to the St Alphonsus urgent care in Star, both times I was treated very well, and I received excellent care from a friendly staff. Recently my wife and I were blessed with the birth of my daughter at the St Alphonsus Nampa maternity clinic, and my wife and child's treatment and care was so outstanding, that we rave about it EVERY time someone asks about our birth experience. My experience at Dr Grigore's clinic today was 100% opposite of these prior experiences with St Alphonsus, and I gave them one star because Yelp has yet to create a "no star" option. So my advice is to choose a pediatrician somewhere else....anywhere. You should not choose this clinic unless you are 'on time' 100% of the time, or are able to diagnose and treat your sick child yourself when they turn you away for being 10 minutes late. The staff at this clinic did not give one single shit about me or my boys, and my guess is they will do about the same for you.
