I had cleaning every 6 months or a yearly, I had X-rays when they said I was due. No one said I had a cavity or any issue with my teeth. In 2026 I was there for a routine cleaning and when the dentist came in, he said I needed to replace that same crown. I asked him why? it's not that old? He said it's not fitting correctly. I called the office and asked them to send me the x-rays. I told her my problem and she suggested I have a consultation with the owner, which I did a couple days later after that cleaning. He said I have a cavity under that crown. I asked why didn't your dentist tell me that, I was just here a couple days ago. He said he will talk to him. I question if I have a cavity there, I really do! The office called me and said the the owner would discount a price of a new crown and charge $420. He did not take responsibility that the crown was not put in properly in 2023. It was nothing I did or didn't do. When I got home I spoke to my husband, who is a retired dentist, he looked at the x-rays and said if I have a cavity there it is likely due to the open margin of the crown. He said it was not seated correctly. My insurance will not pay for a crown that is 3 years old. I would not go back to that office now even he said he will replace it at no charge. One doc said nothing about a cavity, two days later another doc said I have a cavity!! I lost my trust in them. I rather pay elsewhere and have it done correctly. They lost me and my uncle as patients.

There are plenty of new dentist facility. The plus to my short experience was dentist " had good bedside manner" and dental hygenist but prefer someone more experience. And didn't offer any monthly treatment plan and I think the only office which doesn't offer in office payment plans ( as many do with extensive dental treatment) not talking about 3rd parties like care credit. I would recommend anyone needing treatment going elsewhere again too many dentists every area in state.

I had a cleaning done by excellent hygienist. She was apologetic for having to work so hard on my teeth but honestly no one had done such a thorough job before. I had my prior X-rays sent over and they were able to upload it without issue. Dr Paola was nice and professional. I was able to qualify for their smile program for free teeth whitening. Came back to get trays custom fit and overall had excellent experience. Billing just as I expected. Will definitely return here again.

They set up an initial gameplan and week by week sorted out each issue starting with the most pressing. They are thorough and kind and cater to cowards, but I have never felt more deceived. I had been complaining of sensitivity for long periods of time, and was told there was general discoloration on my fillings. A cracked filling was evident, and I was told that it was just some discoloration again. I see another dentist soon after and I find out there is visible tooth decay in multiple places caught with the naked eye and on the x-ray. Cavities that were not correctly identified may have caused the need for a future root canal. Sensitivity laser treatment was recommended time and time again, which I even considered despite the cost. If I had stayed longer, I would be out hundreds of dollars with no relief and implants needed most likely.

Over the past year I've worked with several hygienists and technicians, and I recently needed to have three dental crowns, which was more dental work than I've ever had in my life. My anxiety was definitely elevated going into it, but the team made the entire experience much easier than I expected. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff -- reception, hygienists, technicians, and dentists -- are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Just as importantly, they are absolute experts at what they do. After the initial crown work I did have a temporary crown come off and my tooth was exposed. The office got me in quickly and replaced it right away, which was extremely important. I'm also very impressed with the advanced technology and imaging they use. The scans allow you to instantly see what's going on with your teeth, which removes the guesswork and helps you make informed decisions about your care. I was never very good at flossing -- honestly, I think it's because I was never properly shown how important it was or how to do it effectively.
