I hemmed and hawed about spending any money to fix something that only cost a couple hundred bucks. But finally I called Molly and she was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Not only did they offer to schedule a repair visit at a low cost, but Molly herself called back and talked me through several possible fixes on the phone, one of which did the trick and got everything working great again.
