If I could give it 0 stars, I would! Bait and switch on the…read moresame day pickup in my city I placed an order for same day pickup in my area. After order confirmation, then informed me, they could have it available for pickup 90 minutes from where they said it would be available. Also note, I do not live in a rural area, so this is completely unacceptable. They then proceeded to tell me I could get it delivered same day but I would have to pay an additional $20. In addition, I was on chat with customer service and the moment I asked for a cancellation and a refund, they never responded, although previously responding expeditiously. This is typical bait and switch. Do not order from them under any circumstances.
