Last minute request for our sons historical character presentation. We were able to have our request completed within 24 hours. Prices were fair, considering what we were asking for. The jersey came out great and our son was extremely happy. Can't say enough about the customer service they had with us. Top notch! Took a major load of stress off our plate.

She went above and beyond to help me, she even stayed an hour later after closing to allow me to drop off my Jersey and go over correcting it. Monica fixed my Jersey within the next day!!! I was looking for a local business to embroidery three denim vest with in a reasonable time frame. When I came across 3M's, I had great feeling. I contacted them via messaging and explained what I wanted done. Monica responded quickly with a quote, which was very reasonable. I explained I needed the items by Wed. 7/1/26. I was able to come in drop off the vest and the sample on Mon. 6/22/26. Monica contacted me on Wed. with a sample. Looked at the sample sent. It was great! By today 7/25/26, I was contacted by Monica that the vests were ready within fours days. The finish came out amazing. Looking forward to continue future business with 3M's. I also recommended them to a start business looking to expand their brand. read more

This place and the staff were absolutely incredible! I wanted embroidery done on my sash for grad school & the staff was so helpful. I came with just a few ideas and they made it come to life. Even when I brought in a second sash to embroider they had no problem helping. Honestly some of the sweetest people and I love how it's family owned. When I picked up my sash they told me how proud they were of me and I genuinely felt it. So many people have asked me where I got my sash embroidered and I recommend them every time! I needed a simple embroidery to be done same day last minute. I called at least 10 places to help me. I was shut down before I give details of the order I wanted to place. I called one last place before I gave up 3m embroidery. Monica answered the phone and immediately she was super helpful. She extremely accommodating, not only she was able to complete it same day. She matched the exact font I needed embroidered, and she had an seamstress to alter and tailor the sleeves to fully complete the look I was wanting with everything at an inexpensive price. And she went above and beyond to have the flower shop next door. Hold my order for me to pick up because the shop would be closed by the time I arrived. Therefore I don't have to explain her dynamic customer service! Im overwhelmingly impressed, gracious and I highly recommend, im definitely a lifetime customer. read more

I was unhappy with the work done at a different embroidery place so I looked around to see which place would offer what I needed with limited time. I called 3M's and spoke to a very nice woman who informed me that she would be able to help me out. I dropped off my sash and was given a call with the time frame was given when it was time for pickup. I was very happy with what was done and the price was more than reasonable given the time I needed it done. I definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs embroidery done. read more

Monica's business was a god send. I found her through the Get Quotes for your Project function within the Yelp app and I couldn't be more thankful. Her business was a bit further away from my home so I don't think I would have found her otherwise. From the start she was both quick and knowledgeable. She called me direct to speed up the process as I was in a rush with a last minute project. She was brilliant at managing my exceptions and in the end she over delivered. I needed to get a Christmas gift embroidered just a few days before the 24th. I had little hope but luckily I found this place about 20 minutes from my house. The lady was very nice and professional and said it'd be done in two days. It did in fact take two days (other places take a week+) and it was gorgeous!! This is the only place I'll go from now on to get something embroidered. read more

Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.

After texting to follow up later, it seemed like the order had been forgotten. At that point I asked for a refund, and he agreed and told me I could stop by anytime. I went to the location, rang the bell several times, and no one came out. I texted again and asked if they could please Zelle me the refund since I had already made the trip, but I never received a response and never got my refund. I was a csulb graduating senior who needed her sash embroidered the same day because I had grad pictures the following day. Monica was so nice over the phone & offered to squeeze me in so that I could have my sash ready for my special day. I had almost forgot to pickup my sash too and she made sure to call me so I wouldn't forget it. She was so sweet & did such an amazing job!
