One of the women who worked on our pieces has 20 years of experience and it shows in the quality of the embroidery. Their prices are very fair and worth the drive to Westland to drop things off and pick them up; I'm sure you could also have items shipped directly to them to be embroidered. Every time I went in, they seemed to be very busy, but they always made time for me and even put a rush on an order for me when I left out a few pieces. Thanks to them, I still hit my deadline! Wonderful selection of many designers and themes, accessories, threads and many many fabrics to choose from. The owner was present and VERY helpful. I chose several patterns and she helped me select fabric for each in the count that I needed then she cut the fabric to size and STITCHED THE EDGES SO IT WOULD NOT FRAY!!!!!! What a life saver!!!
