This title company accepted a contract knowing the seller had no legal claim on the parking space, said nothing for weeks while trying to fix it with the seller, and only disclosed when we were too close to the closing to lie about it anymore. Then, when it was clear I am upset, she actually told me "it's time to let this go." No, ma'am, it's time for you to stop withholding information from your customers. I've reported this to the District and to Commonwealth, whose policies this title company writes.
