We are from Pennsylvania so we had a long distance relationship until the day we met Heather for the pictures. Heather was great from day one, she made everything so easy for us and we couldn't have asked for more. Heather was easy to work with and she made us laugh from the first photo to the last. She was very professional and is truly an artist. We visited numerous locations throughout Boston and it was a great time. We will never forget Heather laying in the middle of an intersection with cars honking just to get that perfect picture of us. At the end of the shoot I paid for the services and kindly asked that my photos not be used for promotional purposes or shared online. I am a very private person and was not ready to share my pregnancy with the world or better yet have my bare body online!!!! The photographer appeared to be upset and stated " the pictures belong to me. If you don't want them posted you have to pay for the copy rights" ($200 additional). This was the first time I experienced anything like this. Unfortunately I had to pay $200 for my photos not to be shared on social media. That is wrong. The ONLY reason I didn't get my attorney involved is because my photos would be shared hours and that did not give me enough time to have him served. I paid what you requested for a service. Then had to pay an additional $200 to NOT be exploited or used for promotional purposes. It's rude, disrespectful and distasteful. Do Not Use this photographer.

We were so lucky then that Jen was the perfect photographer for us. She has a warm and friendly personality and she made us immediately feel at ease. She has an unobtrusive shooting style where she isn't always getting in everyone's faces with the camera, but she captured every single important smile and emotion and all the little moments that mattered. For example, when my new husband and I secretly held hands under the table during our best woman's toast, Jen captured that moment in a beautiful and emotional photo even though we never even realized she was there at the time! Her photos are of course polished and extremely beautiful and can go head-to-head with the best photographers (in very challenging conditions too, because our wedding venue was pretty dark, but she had no problems at all working with the lighting). But we especially liked how intimate her photos are and how she really brings out the personality of all of our guests by capturing every smile and gesture. The best way I can describe it is that by looking through all the photos that Jen took, it's like reliving our wedding day over and over again, by seeing all the happiness on our guests' faces that we may have missed because we were so busy with everything else.
