However the lab corp locations around me, this ended up being the most convenient one. My rescheduled appt did go much better but there was a gentleman there who said he's been there for 1.5 hrs and was being told at the desk they already had his blood work. He was highly confused and pissed off and I was scared to do my blood work. Bc what if they are mixing labels on the tubes ? I made sure to check mine that day. I've since been back a couple more times due to routine blood work I need to do now, but each time the visits have been pretty straightforward. I've been in and out with my appointments. The staff is mostly friendly. I guess it just depends on how busy they are and how well the staff is managing their workload. Just be prepared to wait if you come here, esp if you don't utilize making an appointment prior.

They called me to get my insurance information but not ONCE during that phone call did they inform me that the $99 fee was only if I prepaid and no insurance was billed. It would be much more expensive if they bill the insurance. I found this out much later. I thought everything was fine and taken care of. Fast Forward 2 Years! Yes, that's right, 2 Years later!!! I get an Explanation of Benefits from my insurance company stating they are denying the charge due to untimely submission. DUH! Apparently this company never submitted and never tried to reach me by phone to let me know there was an outstanding balance. A few days later I received a phone call from Diagnos Tech and when I returned the call the person that answered was baffled how I got that number and stated nobody from that number called me as they cannot make outgoing calls. Seems so sketchy. Next thing I know I'm receiving a bill from a Olympic Collection Agency for $323 for a service (saliva testing) that I was told was $99. AND it took them 2 YEARS to bill me? I was completely shocked. Especially since they had my Credit Card on file the whole time. The kicker is when I was dealing with Olympic Collection Agency they stated they see this ALL THE TIME with Diagnos Tech. Lastly, Check all the Complaints and Negative Reviews posted with Better Business Bureau. Many have experienced the same exact problems with Diagnos Tech. Good Luck!

According to their website, Any Lab Test Now can do that for 30 bucks. Cool beans. We walked in to this location at about 3:30 pm on Monday, December 28th. There were a couple of mechanics in the lobby, one on the couch and one being helped by the receptionist. She ignores us, but I assume she'll acknowledge our presence soon. She's the only employee I see in the clinic. So far so good. Then I notice that she's wearing blue latex gloves. At the front desk. As she fills out paperwork, answers the phone, hands a clipboard to the mechanic, she's doing it all with a pair of gloves on. This is the first thing that makes me uneasy. If you have gloves on all the time, it's the same as not wearing gloves at all. Your gloved hands are no longer sanitary if you're touching everything in the clinic with them on. About 5 minutes of talking to the mechanic go by, and she takes him back to the bathroom for a urine test. She leaves him alone in there and comes back to the front desk. Still does not look at us or acknowledge our presence, even though we are less than 5 feet away, staring at her. The mechanic comes back and says he's finished. She goes to the back, gets the urine sample, AND BRINGS IT TO THE FRONT DESK. Places it on the desk and starts slapping labels on it. With those same dirty gloves. I can see what color this dude's piss is because she's freaking PROCESSING A URINE SAMPLE ON THE RECEPTION DESK. At this point we've been standing right in front of the reception desk without her looking at us or uttering a single word to us for about 10 minutes. But at this point it also doesn't matter because I am so horrified by now that there is no way in hell I'm letting this woman stick a needle in my husband's arm. Safety protocols may be able to be discarded by people like this woman when it comes to urine samples with no ill effects, but not being careful when needles are being stuck in people's arms can be a life or death situation. I am not willing to risk my husband contracting a blood-borne illness through this woman's outrageous carelessness, so at that point we left. I would rather pay hundreds of dollars for this same service at a reputable place that follows safety protocol (and common sense) than risk it here. You're probably safe giving them your pee to analyze but there's no way in hell I'd let them stick a needle in my arm or the arm of a loved one for a blood draw. I can't speak to the customer service side of things because we didn't receive any.

TERRIBLE rude receptionist who put my husband's health, life, and safety at risk…read more My husband had an episode of disorientation; we called his PCP who said they could not get him in today but that he needed to be evaluated in person and get scans within a 48 hour window or he could be in serious danger for stroke. (Unfortunately due to other reasons it took almost 2 days to establish this info so we were within 5 hours of this deadline by now.) His PCP doctor sent us specifically to Franciscan Urgent Care. When we arrived, I quickly explained the situation to the desk staff, starting with that his PCP had sent us directly there and said it was time sensitive. The first thing this woman said, already condescendingly, was "well if he's not having symptoms now we can't do anything. He needs to *establish care with a PCP* and get evaluated by them." I explained for a second time that he already has a PCP and that they sent us to urgent care (which I had already stated quite clearly). The woman proceeded to - "well, his doctor was wrong. If he's not having symptoms right now we can't do anything. He needs a PCP for evaluation." I again said he HAS a PCP and that they said he needs to be evaluated *in person* by a doctor today and likely get scans before the 48 hour window closes. The woman again said they at urgent care couldn't do anything and we should schedule with his PCP. (Who, again, had already told us that they could not see him within the critical time window and he needs urgent care.) I said, okay, I understand. Should we go to the ER? At this point she got more combative and said "well you can't just walk into an ER and announce you're there to get scans. You need insurance authorization for scans which is why HE NEEDS TO GET EVALUATED BY HIS PCP." I again told her I understood that, but again that he would not be able to see his PCP today and that his own doctor had advised us to be evaluated in person within this critical 48 hour window. I said I understood we could not just walk into the ER and demand to have scans done. I asked if an ER doctor would be able to perform an evaluation to get a referral for a scan. I should mention I was very calm and polite throughout all of this. At this point she put on her biggest "dealing with difficult people smile" and informed me "Look, I have told you several times, but if you won't listen to me, then you can just go ahead to the ER and have them tell you the same thing I'm telling you. So why don't you do that since you won't listen to me." Like .... ?!?!?!? We were in a time sensitive medical situation, the repercussions of which could be lifelong disability or DEATH. I don't know if this woman was intentionally misunderstanding me or just incapable of basic comprehension, but either way she made it her mission to dress me down and be as unhelpful as possible because apparently putting us in our place was more important than my husband's life. (And I don't even know how we could have offended her in the first place in the few-sentence interaction I described above. She seemed to make the immediate assumption that my husband didn't have a PCP and therefore is a lower class of human being - despite the first sentence out of my mouth being "my husband's PCP sent us here." And side note, I find it extremely unlikely that an urgent care doctor couldn't have done the same evaluation that was done an hour later by the kind and responsible staff at St Anne emergency department. But this gatekeeper at the urgent care front desk wouldn't even let us talk to an actual member of the medical staff. If you want to be treated with basic human decency and have your medical concerns taken seriously, do NOT come to Franciscan Urgent Care, where the receptionist apparently knows more than the medical professionals and won't be told otherwise.

Like when I lived in NYC and right outside the drug testing place a car was being stolen and the inside of the drug testing place looked like a large dirty bathroom. This place, on the other hand, was clean and efficient and the woman (Rachel) who worked there (later I found out one of the owners) was so super nice- she was friendly and everything was MODERN and clean. I called earlier and she said they weren't that busy and to come on in. When I got there she was efficient and even with 2 people ahead of me she took care of each of us with respect. I asked her a few questions and she was so knowledgeable about the process and really had the answer for everything. I hope I never have to be drug screened again (and I doubt most people are aching to get a drug screening on the daily), I would come here. Clean, friendly and efficient. The location is kind of behind the industrial park- call the location and they will help you find it easily.
