She said she was the store manager. They have a policy to assist guests who ordered online first. I went in and only one person was behind the counter. There were two of us waiting It was not busy. Instead of helping those inline, they waited until people walked in and if they ordered online, they all went ahead of us. That's their policy, to help those that ordered online first. Finally, another guest asked if anyone else was working, she said, they are all in the back. When I questioned the policy, I was told that's their policy. I could have ordered online too, but chose to come in person. Why is the person that ordered online more important than the people who come in? The manager said I was being confrontational when I said that it kind of upset me that she kept calling people ahead of me that just walked in. Isn't my money as good as theirs? Plus, I took the time to come in, I could go anywhere, but I always loved going in and never treated so bad before. It honestly hurt my feelings because I didn't recognize anyone, and not the friendly experience as normal. And treated like a second class citizen. Hopefully management changes.

The label on the bottles don't have ingredients listed, and it says ingredients in formula or whatever is KNOWN TO CAUSE CANCER!!! Well then, I don't even know why I quit smoking! I'm going to assumed that because we are not covered in the same crappy tattoos that he was covered in and that we didn't come rolling up on a skateboard that he figured we were jumping on some sort of bandwagon.
