In summary, I was very impressed with the physical therapists expertise and their ability to adapt my treatment plan to my specific physical condition. They listened to my goals regarding the level of physical activity I wanted to achieve, continually challenged me, and provided encouragement along the way. They were also flexible, if for whatever reason I was having a bad day, adapted my workout for that day. Upon my graduation, I was given a comprehensive exercise program to do at home to maintain the strength I had developed. My therapist walked me through the material which also included videos of the movements. waste of time and money!…read more I went in suspecting infection. it was a Saturday where they had 2 doctors, 3 support staff, and minimal patients (as in less than 3 when I arrived. I waited for two hours. Then the doc refused to do more than a urine culture and prescribed antibiotics that are a sister to penicillin which I'm allergic to. doc said if my reaction to penicillin wasn't bad, I should be able to take them. I explained I don't know what my reaction is like as the allergy was discovered in infancy. She disregarded that and prescribed it anyway. Immediately after the appt, I called asking for a safe antibiotic and to speak w a supervising doctor or office manager. I was told one of those would be calling me back. the offending doctor called me back and prescribed another antibiotic. I got off the phone and checked to make sure it was safe to take with my existing conditions. it's not. never heard from anyone in the office.

Came here while visiting from out of town and I'm so glad I did. I was in serious back pain, like…read morebarely-moving kind of pain, and they got me in quick without making it feel like a hassle. From the start, it felt different. They put me in a massage chair with moist heat (which already had me feeling human again), then Dr. Jon actually sat down and talked through what was going on before jumping into anything. The adjustment itself was exactly what I needed, and they didn't just send me on my way after--finished things off with ice and a TENS unit which helped calm everything down. What really stuck with me though was how much they cared. I wasn't a long-term patient, they knew I was just passing through, but you'd never know it. They even texted me later to check in... who does that?? Seriously, if you're local or just in town and hurting, go here. They'll take care of you. I walked out feeling sooo much better.
