I've had 3 different appointments with Kristina at The Beauty Experts and have loved my lashes each time. The salon is very clean and beautifully decorated. They offer a pillow to place beneath your knees and a soft blanket in case you get cold. They clean your lashes beforehand with a nice little foam and the whole appointment takes about 2 hours. Having lived in lots of different places, I can confidently say that Kassandra is literally the greatest of all time. She takes her time with every single lash. Her work is meticulous and clean. The true difference though lays in her attention to detail. She will not stop until her standards are met, and let me tell you, those are pretty high. She's also done my brows and she makes my sad wispy ones look pretty damn good. The space itself is gorgeous, modern and clean. Parking is kind of weird, just drive over the curb! *Update* Everyone that performed advanced services is gone now. They didn't even have the courtesy to reschedule my appt when my person left. Fortunately, she reached out to me and took care of me at her new location. They also never honored their "leave a review and get a discount" promo and sold me expired eyelash sealer. Shadyyyy. Don't get a Brazilian wax!! I will never just make an appointment anywhere ever again. This place is beautiful and the girls are very kind but please do not get a Brazilian was. A girl named Chelsea used to do mine there but she isn't there anymore and I was booked with the Keliah and a friend went for Hannah. These girls are not trained enough for this very delicate service. My friend didn't even have to pay for her wax bc it was that bad. Also, they don't "take care" of everything down there. I left with a lot of tweezing to do at home and OUCH. I am very sure they do a great job with their other services but not "anyone" can do a Brazilian/bikini wax... read more

OMG I LOVE MY LASHES! I got my very first set today & they're absolutely gorgeous!! The gals were super friendly too & the price was not bad! Keilah did my classic set for $119 and it was a super relaxing experience(: she was great conversation & the time flew by. I seriously LOVE my lashes lol these ladies know what they're doing they have tons of other beauty services too. I've used Beauty Experts a number of times for many different services at a couple different locations from Fwb to Gulf Breeze. I've had good experience and couple times I really wasn't satisfied at all but never said anything because I have a gift of Mercy & understand everyone is at different levels... One, don't charge same price for someone who's not as advanced as another bevaie my last lash and tint I wasn't satisfied it wasn't even at all in color or lift, and when I did my brow lamination it looked unnatural and looked awful and felt uncomfortable for weeks. I have a brow wax once and it was awesome the next time it was a Lil off. I actually had great chemical peels in Gulf Breeze with Ashley vut I live in Destin and when we were gonna move me to have it in Fwb they canceled it like the day of... Now today I've had a call the day my appt thats been scheduled for a couple weeks and even took the day off for and was canceled. Not ok to me 1 time ok 2x in row not ok I now haven't had my chemical peel since August. I feel the service quality is inconsistent and the scheduling system actually needs some work. Sorry not sorry but I've worked customer service before and you should be doing whatever is possible to make the customer happy rather your making room regardless or giving them a great discount for all the troubles. I don't like complaining and I'm a very kind person and I've spent alot of money and I Tipp well. Crazy if I was to nor show I'd get charged but you can call and cancel 2 appts in a row. I was looking forward to this and now I'm going to go find somewhere else to take care of me and instead of supporting local will order my own pca products online. This is definitely one of the better establishments for getting lashes done. I was initially a little surprised to find an "open air concept," as far as everyone lying out in the open having their lashes done, with no partitions or any kind of privacy, but was quickly able to get past that. Their Lash Stylists are assigned varying levels of expertise, and you'll pay according to your Stylist's level (Fresh Talent = new to lashes; Master, etc.) so you'll definitely want to keep that in mind. Also, the price you'll pay is dependent upon the type of lash you want and how often you go in for fills/maintenance. This is basically the way it's becoming at all of the more reputable lash businesses so just get used to that because good lashes aren't cheap. The ladies here do follow what appears to be proper disinfection and clean up between clients, as you'll openly see them spraying/wiping down the beds, etc. so that's a good thing. read more
