The owner and pilot Jim is super knowledgeable about the local tour and made a great experience even better. The other companies will drop you off to hike up, Jim goes with you on the hike and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. The bear tour was amazing. Saw bald eagles, a ton of black bears, a brown bear, a whole ton of cubs. I wasn't sure what to expect but the trip exceeded my expectations in every way.
