WOW! I cannot thank Bob and Priscilla and their team at Emerald Lady enough for what they have done for me. My engagement ring band completely snapped in half (no idea how it happened a total freak accident) I originally took it to a different jewelry where they told me that it was unable to be repaired and they needed to re-cast the entire ring for $2000. I took it to Emerald lady for a second opinion, they were able to completely repair the entire ring for a fourth of the cost. I took my wedding set in for some rather complicated repairs (along with some other pieces) and just picked it up today. It looks fantastic! These two are top notch! I came to them after searching 12 hours for my engagement ring that I found 6ft away from a storm drain in the publix parking lot. After sharing my story they quickly started inspecting the ring for damages. The ring had been my fiancé's great grandmothers ring and a week before had been sized incorrectly by a different local jeweler. It was sized to a 5.5 even after I asked that it be sized smaller because it felt loose. The Emerald Lady sized me properly at a 3.5! Two sizes smaller then the other jeweler. They sized the ring, added platinum back to the bottom of the band, and fixed a crack on the side for around $150. They went above and beyond in terms of service and personally getting to know me.
