I wanted to try this place since it's close to home, and they were offering a $60 facial promotion. Leslie did my facial, and she was professional, gentle, and made the experience very relaxing. My main concerns were dull, dry skin, so she did a Hydrafacial and finished with a cooling mask. My skin felt clean, hydrated, and refreshed afterward. After the facial, they have a consultation to go over other treatments they offer. I understand they're introducing their services, but I felt the sales pitch was a little too pushy. They always overbooked and will always reschedule your so called "confirmed appointment", which is totally unacceptable. My schedule is very busy, and I have an appointment for a facial advertised on Facebook for $59. I made the appointment, but when I got there, they insisted I fill out a background form and meet with someone for a consultation. In the end, they said I needed to get some special treatment that costs around $850. which I didn't agree to. I told them I just wanted the facial as advertised for $59. The consultant said if that was the case, I could get the regular one, which would take about 15 minutes, but the ad said it would be an hour. The advertisement was misleading and a way to trick customers into spending more. It was terrible. read more

Worst case scenario when making appointments here. I made an appointment for a Sat morning and was called to confirm the week before my appointment. The day before my appointment I got a call from them saying they have a scheduling issues and was overbooked and see if I can make it another time. I'm like sure. So I made an appointment for Friday @ 4:15pm. Again, a week before my appointment they called to confirmed and I say yes, I'll be there. The day before my appointment I got a call from them and they said they don't open later than 4:00pm while Yelp states they open til 6pm. I'm like why did you call a week before to confirmed and now you're telling me the spa closes at 4pm. She ask if I can rescheduled AGAIN and I'd voiced my frustration and told them this is the second time it's happened to me. I think they doubled booked and I got bumped. They probably took one of their regular customers. Either way, I would not recommend this place due to my experience. read more

This was my very first visit to a spa, and I am so happy with my experience! The check-in process was quick and easy, and booking an appointment was just as fast. The staff was attentive, my esthetician made me very comfortable. The entire atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I had the abdominal contouring treatment, which involves a few different steps, and everything was explained to me clearly and thoroughly. I've had some loose/wrinkled skin on my stomach from pregnancy, and I was happy to see improvement in the smoothness and texture after just one session. Location is clean, comfortable and pretty--however, on the day of my 1st visit I encountered similar issues as other comments on here: 1) arrived on time to my appointment only to be told that my appointment had not been confirmed and they couldn't accommodate me. I insisted they honor my online appointment and they agreed, but made me wait an hour to get service. 2) had "skin tightening" procedure and FELT nothing during the procedure and SAW zero results. The "collagen" mask was just a sheet mask and I doubt the infrared light did anything. 3) and yes, after your treatment you're guided to an office where they encourage you to purchase a package deal of the full HIFU treatment ($3k approximately)...which makes sense to offer it after your treatment, but how can you be excited about moving forward if the promo visit shows zero results? Also, the sales tactics are less than desirable--perhaps if they actually had someone who understands skincare and who knows empathy the selling of the additional procedures would be exciting and successful. I wanted to love this place and purchase additional services, but the sales approach was too off putting. read more

I wanted to try out the HIFU Treatment which was advertised on IG for a $60 intro session promo. It is an electric current that stimulates collagen production. The office is very clean and modern, as well as the treatment rooms. For the treatment, my facialist demonstrated the HIFU for about 5 minutes and the rest of the 35 minutes was a very relaxing facial, even through she said the full treatment would be 50 minutes long. The consultant at the end was nice, but a little pushy, so be prepared for that - because they do want you to buy a package deal after that, which was initially 6 more sessions for $3K. He was adding on some nice offers on top of it every time I'll said no. I just wanted to try it. I would definitely recommend getting a facial from Alicia though. They were running a promo on-line. Today, I stopped in for a quick facial "Tightening Treatment"  at EMS. The site was clean to the utmost. The service was  professional and the staff were kind and helpful.  Hadar and her team took great care of me.  It was indeed something outside of my norm but a good experience. She made time to sit down with me regarding the continued service  and on other services EMS offered. The two stars are for Diana, the aesthetician that helped me the the Lipo sessions. She was great! The losing stars are for the other offer that was not real. On the first day I came for the intro session, I met the owner/manager. After the consultation, I agreed to do the 8 sessions for the lower belly part. He also offered me the complimentary sessions for other part of my choice if I agreed to provide the before and after pictures. I took the pictures. But after that day, I never saw that owner/ manager again. On the last session day, I asked Diana about the offer. She said he would contact me very soon. I never heard back. The price for the treatment is higher than other place that my friend went to. I only knew because I told her about this place and the price. She said she had the same treatment with much lower price. You will need to check with other places before you come. read more

This place is a scam so don't waste your time. I got pulled in by their intro promo facial they had on instagram and the day of my appointment and after the facial I met with the "consultant" who I doubt is a nurse or esthetician and he was super pushy. They scam you by offering their HIFU and micro needling package for 3K and they give you the facial for "free". I honestly didn't see any results with any of the HIFU or microneedling sessions and they didn't even take before pictures to show me my results. What upsets me the most is when my friends and family tell me they see no difference in my skin. read more
