Char isn't an acne specialist i went to her 6x and my acne never went away. She doesn't even know what kind of acne i had , which was nodular acne btw. She charges 400$ per facial and forces you to buy her products every session. I also brought my boyfriend and she charged him 100$ on top on his facial and didn't tell him why and when i asked her she said because he had a big face and she had to "use more products" .. who says stuff like that or charges for that ? So rude. She also charged him 50$ for sample products when she gives samples for free away. She was trying to take advantage and scam us. I asked for refund and she doesn't want to reply LOL. You're better off going to Korean spa or just get tretinoin from doctor because all she does is moisturize your face for 400$. And the only equipment she has is red light therapy .. Char is the most knowledgeable and caring person who is passionate about helping people with problem skin. And she's also great at her profession. I have only been seeing Char for the past two months but I am already seeing drastic improvements in my skin and loving how my skin feels. I am in my 50s and have tried MANY estheticians and dermatologists over the years. Most estheticians clean your face and do some minor extractions and then a mask and it feels good during the treatments but the effects are not long lasting. I admit in my younger years, I suffered from terrible acne and who knew I would still suffer from adult acne now. Char is a miracle worker. I've been to tons of derms and tried literally every trick in the book to get rid of my acne scarring, all of which resulted in me just crying and feeling terrible. No one listened to me, they all told me it was cystic acne but I knew needed treatment for scarring. All they'd do is give me pills or birth control for hormonal acne which I did NOT have! I wanted treatment and instead they'd make me cry or feel worse. Early 2022 I went in to see Char for the first time and her treatment was wonderful, the ONLY ONE that EVER worked and did anything for me and that was only after my first visit... but I couldn't afford it, until January of this year 2023 when I woke up with the worst rash I've ever seen, under eyes peeling, skin BURNING, I'd never experienced anything like it so I called Char after not seeing her for almost a year and went in for an emergency treatment where she broke to me that my skin's condition had escalated to a bacterial infection and I was at risk of dermatitis. Below you can see how my skin was acting and how bad my infection was and how after just a month my skin has looked better than it has since I was 18. Oh, my goodness!! Char doesn't just do a facial, she does a full class on skin along with an amazing in depth skin treatment! She is very knowledgeable and a real pleasure to be with.
