Bought a package for 6 months cost $4000. From May 29 2021 to Nov 29 2021 Pay half on the first day, and next month or two pay the rest. Come with : DMK supplies and twice a month for long procedure it's 3 hours. 1 hour for cleanser and pop pimple, 1 hour for face mask and 1 hour is something I don't know how to explain. Scale 1 to 10. I scale like 5. I saw 5 star reviews I thought oh, maybe it's good. Then I came and pay $4000 ( packs for half year ) At first through phone call book an appointment, they said deposit $50, and I did, for service pop pimple. And then, I show up next couple days for my an appointment. Because owner was so nice. That's why I trusted her and I made a purchase on my first visited with a package $4000 instead of $150. But did not know about $100 charge if not show up. If I know that I will never buy a package 6 months. I just know if not show up. You will miss it and still end on Nov 29. Not lose $100 like that. Just incase I miss 4 times in 6 months, 4 times for my skin care cost $300 each time and plus lose $100 for reschedule. Wow, that's crazy. My face not look bad at all, Just have pimple when period come. But I did not know, owner will charge you a hundred dollars if you missed an appointment . You have to pay $100 when you come again next schedule for reschedule. It's ridiculous. Because even reschedule can't do twice a week. And still end Nov 29. I have proof, she texted me to my phone number. My feelings so hurt when she texted me that. Because how much I trusted her and I made it so easy when bought a package. And she did not tell me about that $100 when I was buying a package. Deer owner, you will lose a lot customers if you hungry money like that. Because beside this, you try to sale a lot things to me. I've been going to Beauty Journey Studio for over a year now, so this is a long overdue review. Though a good amount of time has passed, I vividly remember many of my initial thoughts and reactions during my very first appointment. As soon as I walked in, I loved how bright, beautiful, and clean the studio looked. There are awards and plaques recognizing her amazing work in the front, which I noticed and was like whoa... she's legit! When I saw Kristina, she immediately welcomed me in with such a sweet excitement. After chit chatting for a bit, she had me wash my face and took me to this cool machine I had never seen before. It was a skin analyzer that scanned my face and produced a report of my skin health. Kristina thoroughly reviewed it with me, going over each result one by one + gave me a mini lesson on how the skin as an organ works. It was clear to me then that Kristina wanted us to work as a team to understand and heal my skin. After this initial skin assessment came the facial and treatments. It was so nice and relaxing, I ended up falling asleep! Safe to say I enjoyed every second of what turned out to be a nice little spa day. Whatever magic she did on my face left my skin smooth and glowing with hydration. My face also appeared slimmer and more contoured because she used this microcurrent machine on me called Neurotris. I did some research on it and turns out this is what celebrities like Madonna and Jennifer Aniston use! I told Kristina I was so impressed she offers such advanced treatments, to which she smiled and said it's because she invests in the best for her clients. I was referred to Beauty Journey from my cousin. Her skin is always so flawless and she looks 10 years younger than her actual age (goals!). I've been reading some of the reviews and to be frank, things don't happen over night. My body heals and reacts different from someone else's. I can only write about my own personal experiences here. The first time I was here, it was 2016.We did a skin consultation and then the treatment. While it was definitely more expensive than my 'regular' acne extractions (there are plenty of clinics nearby that would charge far less and do less work too), I remember walking away feeling so pampered and relaxed. The two hours to disconnect were so well spent and well worth it. I knew I would return once I was able to budget the cost. Fast forward to fall of 2019, I returned and was on a plan with Kristina. The sessions were both external and internal. What I mean about internal is basically how my lifestyle is and what I'm eating or drinking. Kristina does sell products to help expedite to where I want to be and how quickly I want to get there. I go at my own pace-both financially and physically because I'm extremely lazy. I told her I can only do 4 products max and won't do anything over. This is definitely a lifetime journey and I'm really glad Kristina is on my side. UPDATE responding to Kristina: 1) First of all, it isn't slander if it's not false - this is what you call an honest review to help others make a more informed decision. 2) Yes, I got 4 out of 6 treatments and requested a refund for the remaining 2 because your treatments did not work and made my skin worse. I think that's very reasonable, I didn't ask for a refund for all 6 treatments which is what I should have done, considering the lack of quality and service you provided. If your consent form says results aren't guaranteed then why did you show me a picture of someone else and verbally guarantee results? Also, your consent form didn't say no refunds, and you never informed me of this either, you just pushed me to buy with your false guarantees. 3) I'm talking about services that are SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED in the Enhance Therapy - like the suction and the "cosmetic acupuncture" which you skipped multiple times after I bought the package. 4) I don't care if your sister is licensed or not, the massage is STILL A JOKE, and you try to do the bare minimum. Moreover, if a customer asks you to focus on a certain area, you snap that you don't want to. This is clearly poor service and etiquette. 5) A lot of the products labeled as your own are just white labeled Osmosis products. Stop lying to your customers. For example, the Fancy Jasper is the Osmosis Rescue Epidermal Serum. 6) Your reviewers tell me otherwise on private message that they would rather not have bought your treatments and products. read more

Kristina is amazing! I have finished my 6 treatments and I have to say my skin is amazing compared to before. I had really bad acne, mostly all my life and was getting frustrated with everything I've tried. I found what worked for me and my skin has been doing very well. The purging period sucked,but I stuck to it and I'm glad I did! I did the enhance treatment with LED light therapy. It worked for me. Now I'm just maintaining it. Came here last Friday because my main estys were unavailable and I was in desperate need of getting my brows cleaned up. Kristina, the esthetician, is nice and did a nice job on my brows. What's not to like? Here's what turned me off: She was a bit pushy on trying to get me to schedule a facial, after I already told her that I have a preferred esty for facials. My acne started when I was 14 in eighth grade. Up until I was 14 I had clear flawless skin and then I suddenly got cystic acne all over my cheeks, between my eye brows and, under my chin. I've always been really insecure with acne and desperately tried getting rid of it, I tried topical treatments but of course that never worked (I could never go to the dermatologist because my mom had/has no money or insurance) I finally got a job once I tuned 16 and now I have two jobs and am a senior in high school. My acne finally flared down but the deep cystic acne left ice pick scars on my cheeks. I'm so insecure about the scars I feel like when I'm talking to people all they're looking at are the scars on my cheeks. My mother is a single mom and can not afford my car, college tuition, and of course my acne. Because I am a high school student saving up for a car and college and try to save my money and spend it sparingly and when I do spend money I don't want it to go to ease. Me and my sister went there like few year ago back 2014 I believed. My sister wasn't happy with it. Her treatment didn't leave her happy. And I leave there without happy too. My face is getting worst and worst. My last treatment turn out very bad and she said my face look clear. And I just laugh and feel funny when looked obviously so bad. She even took a picture of it.
