This time my kids both got on the table for the first time & got to be little assistants to Dr. Mike for each other, it was really cute. My 4 year old has had some major work on his 2 front teeth due to acid reflux and under went anesthesia at 3 it was a great experience considering the stress parents and little ones feel during a procedure like that. He gave me several options to choose before we choose the anesthesia route to reconstruct the teeth. 5 stars all the way! They look great! I asked if a filling can be done they advised me against it. shortly after our 6 month check up my son began to complain about extreme pain. when I brought him in they advised they can only sedate the patient & extract. I asked if a pulpotomy could be done they said no. in my professional opinion they did not do any of the other procedures (which were much less invasive) because state insurance only pays for prevention. its unfortunate the insurance doesn't pay but this is malpractice & needs to be investigated. If I could prevent one child from losing a tooth & pain from this review that would be great! I was in dental for 10 years & am fully aware of procedures & insurance

I tried to reschedule an appointment and was told that they save appointment times for certain ages, and are not able to accommodate afternoon appointments for younger children. It was strange since we'd always had afternoon appointments. It seems like there was a miscommunication with the staff, but it seems odd to me that you wouldn't allow for afternoon appointments to any younger children as it would limit your ability to see those children if their parents have limited availability. With the previous issues and this new staff issue with conflicting information, I'd no longer recommend seeing this practice.

""Greetings, I refrained from speaking up at the time, as my comments would have been unprofessional. The doctor' actions were inhumane. If a similar incident occurred in a veterinary clinic, it would be considered animal abuse. The doctor inserted suction and guard instruments into the mouth of a five-year-old child, and I couldn't hear her screams until thirty minutes into the procedure, when drilling and grinding commenced. Her voice was muffled by the noise of the equipment. The child was not adequately anesthetized and was experiencing pain and fear. Despite this, the doctor continued the procedure, which resulted in the child shedding a significant amount of tears, approximately a quarter cup, which accumulated in the headrest. The child was traumatized by the level of pain endured. I am bringing this to your attention, as I believe the doctor should be formally reprimanded to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. If you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me at 425..........."" And since probably they had incidents before, they make you pay for the whole treatment ahead of time so if you walk out they don't lose money. Never go back again

Each visit is like a repeat of the last with minimal progress. It is frustrating to book so many appointments and still need more treatment for simple cavity.... We are covered by insruance, but it also takes time to bring the kids to see them. maybe they only care about getting more money from the insurance.

Instead of talking to my child and trying to reassure her, they just refused to provide any services. Even worse when my crying child asked dentist if anesthesia is dangerous, the doctor said yes (I don't think she was even listening to what my child was asking). They say that they want to review other options, but when we talked about it, they completely ignored all my questions and concerns, and kept pushing other dental that costs 10 times more and not covered by insurance

We have had two negative experiences on each of the last visits. Most recent was today which unfortunately a situation came up where my wife did not have the car forcing us into having to cancel last minute. I completely understand the need to have advanced notice so another family can get the spot but the way the receptionist handled herself was absurd and completely unprofessional. She made the statement "oh you did not know yesterday you would not have a car today?" To my wife and I, we were very surprised that this how they speak to their patients with such rude and challenging verbiage. Yesterday or our current situation has nothing to do with the last minute situation that occurred and it certainly is not their place to question private matters. Things happen and the correct response should have been we understand and can reschedule. In the future we need advance notice. The extra comments were not necessary. After speaking with the manager she was also challenging and displayed an attitude like she did not care and even seemed to approve of the behavior stating "I am sorry you feel that way" which is the classic we could not care less about what we did phrase. The experience prior to that we had a support member speak to us in English and then all of sudden began to act like we did not speak English and attempted to communicate in broken Spanish which was offensive and discriminatory practices. We are American and speak English just fine. It was a very disappointing and weird experience. We spoke with the dentist at the time the incident occurred and she was very apologetic which was sincere. In all, this place has some of the most unprofessional and disrespectful employees I have come across in anything related to children services. Training is needed and the sad thing is they probably believe that the way they acted and treated us is ok behavior. Their responses told me everything I need to know about the quality of people they are. They will not care one bit but of course we will find a new dentist office that has a team that understands the only reason they have employment is because of us families. It is a shame because again the dentists have always been great.
