I just finished a 3 night stay and was surprised at how difficult staying there is. Check-in took at least 30 minutes. There were no towels to use at the pool, and so we stood in line for another 20 minutes to request more bath towels for the room, because we had to use bath towels at the pool. The rooms are not cleaned until after 3 days of your stay, so you have to request fresh towels everyday, request body lotion, and when the conditioner runs out in the shower, you have to request that, as well. The whole property needs a good renovation. The carpets in the hallways are tired and worn. The barstools around the pool have rusted bases. The pool tiles have unsightly calcium buildup. My shower had dirt and grime in the corners. The pop-up stopper in the sink didn't work. The ice machine on our floor was malfunctioning. They offer a nice little free breakfast each morning, which includes hot and cold breakfast items, and coffee and tea. The Beach House Social restaurant is really yummy, but a tad on the pricey side. I was quite disappointed with the value of this hotel experience, as our room, including taxes and parking was about $600/night. Would not recommend.

Toilet was very low, but facilities all worked well. The comp soap, lotion and shampoo/conditioner smell amazing and made my hair feel so smooth! I wanted more of it. Parking is free. The only off-putting aspect was since the doors are external, the wind made the doors rattle all night long and our room was by the elevator which creates a tunnel effect for the wind. We also saw the hall light from outside, even with our shades closed. If back in the area we will try again and hope to get a better assigned room.

Coffee pot was broken. Remote did not work and front desk lady said they were touchy to shake it and stand back to play with it. Finally got it working. Breakfast lady was really unhappy and complained about having small ovens which made getting breakfast foods 20 mins late, things were spread out which was ok but when we asked where the hot water was she bit our head off as she was so irritated people wanted biscuits that were in her small oven. I asked for a spoon for the gravy to put gravy on my eggs and she got upset with me because she said the biscuits were not ready even when I wanted gravy for my eggs. Signing out the staff seemed annoyed. I'd say the hotel it old and there is a lot of maintenance for older hotel and the staff might be tried of reports of these things

Before arriving, I even received an email confirming that exact site. When I checked in, I was told they had given my reserved site to someone else and moved me to a different spot. The whole reason I booked so far in advance was to secure that particular location, so this completely defeated the purpose of planning ahead. What made the situation even worse was how it was handled. The manager never apologized or acknowledged the mistake. Instead, I was met with an attitude that made it seem like my frustration wasn't justified. A sincere apology and some accountability would have gone a long way. To "make it right," they offered a 20% discount, which honestly felt insulting given that they failed to honor a confirmed reservation on a special occasion. It wasn't about the money--it was about keeping their commitment and treating customers with respect when they make a mistake. Unfortunately, what should have been a memorable birthday started with disappointment because of the park's poor reservation management and lack of customer service. I hope they improve their processes and, more importantly, learn how to take responsibility when they let their guests down.

Throughout our…read moreuninterrupted week-long stay, I observed a diligent team of three to four individuals consistently tending to the grounds. Their prompt response to a sizable sinkhole near the entrance was commendable, as they promptly cordoned off the area and swiftly arranged for the replacement of underground pipes responsible for the leak and subsequent formation of the sinkhole. The meticulous upkeep of the grass, impeccable cleanliness of the pool area, and well-maintained outdoor restroom facilities further attest to their commitment to maintaining high standards. Additionally, the presence of amenities such as a basketball court and tennis courts adds to the appeal of this complex. While our stay was limited to one week, it is worth noting that residents of this condominium bear a substantial monthly Homeowners' Association (HOA) fee of $710, which amounts to an annual sum of $8,520. Admittedly, this may appear to be a considerable expense. However, it is essential to consider that the units within this complex, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, are valued at $750,000 each and are consistently rented out for weekly rates ranging from $4,000 to $5,000. Given the continuous occupancy and the need for ongoing maintenance, it becomes evident that the expenses incurred are necessary to ensure the property's seamless operation. During our stay, there was a temporary disruption as one of the three elevators experienced a malfunction. However, it is worth mentioning that the issue was promptly addressed and resolved by the end of the day, reflecting the management's commitment to maintaining a functional environment for residents and guests alike. It is important to differentiate between negative reviews pertaining to individual units and the vacation rental companies or individual owners responsible for leasing them, as these reviews do not accurately reflect the overall quality of the condominium complex itself. The management solely oversees the maintenance and upkeep of the shared facilities, including the pool, tennis court, outdoor areas, parking lot, gates, and other communal spaces, rather than the individual units. In conclusion, this condominium complex exemplifies efficient management and impeccable maintenance. The dedication of the staff to the upkeep of the property and the provision of desirable amenities contribute to its overall appeal. While some expenses may seem high, they are justified considering the value and demand for the units. It is important to recognize that negative reviews attributed to specific units are unrelated to the management's efforts in maintaining the complex's shared areas and are that of the individual owners (personal owner or some vacation rental company that owns the unit). We have stayed in Vacasa properties several times so I know their policies are uniform at all properties. But seriously, not providing ANY kitchen necessities is inconvenient at best and damn irritating at worst. For a 3 day stay, they really do expect guests to buy salt, pepper, cooking spray, dishwasher detergent and COFFEE FILTERS! Need foil, an SOS pad, detergent for more than one load (and fabric softener)? Go buy some! As in other rentals, every cabinet is full of WAY too many dishes (30 tumblers and glasses in this unit that sleeps 6!) but no space is vacant for the guests' groceries! I will say, one maintanance issue with our unit was addressed promptly and resolved. I've also observed guests get better attention if they rent more costly rentals.

If you're planning a trip to Navarre Beach, do yourself a favor and avoid all properties managed by Vacasa LLC. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we encountered nothing but problems. To start, the condo had a coded entry door followed by two keyed entries. Despite being provided with a code, we were never given a key. We initially entered the condo using the code, but when one of the keyed doors accidentally shut, we were locked out. What followed was a nightmare of incompetence. We called and messaged every contact number provided, only to be met with disbelief and rudeness. Several representatives outright denied the existence of a keyed door, and I was hung up on multiple times. Finally, after nearly two hours of waiting, I reached a representative named Cedric who, thankfully, took our situation seriously and promised to send someone with a key. During this time, my family and I were forced to wait outside in the humid Florida weather for almost two hours. This trip was meant to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday, but instead, we spent hours outside, watching her birthday cake melt into a sticky mess. When the manager, Leslie, finally arrived, she showed no urgency whatsoever. Accompanied by two friends, she casually walked up to the second floor, unlocked the door, and left without a single word of apology or acknowledgment. The lack of urgency and basic human decency was astounding. What if a child had been trapped inside, or worse, on the balcony? The property's indifferent response to this safety hazard is inexcusable. Our plans for a birthday dinner were completely ruined, with no accountability from the property. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning of our troubles. Once inside, the property itself was riddled with issues. The refrigerator door wouldn't stay closed, forcing us to prop it shut constantly. All small kitchen appliances were dirty, or in poor shape. The furniture was stained and old. The kitchen table is leaning causing items to simply slide off on the floor. One of the bathtubs didn't drain properly, making it almost unusable as it took 20 minutes to drain after a shower. The cleanliness of the condo was subpar, dishes in the cabinets and drawers were dirty, there was a urine stain on one of the beds, and none of the bathrooms were clean. There was hair and grime in the showers requiring us to clean the entire space before we could relax. Moreover, the building's elevator had an inspection that was over a year out of date--a serious safety concern that I have documented and will be reporting to the fire department. During our stay, we also witnessed people engaging in explicit activities on a balcony, yet security seemed more concerned about policing my children getting out of the pool on time. Despite alerting security, nothing was done about the inappropriate behavior. To add insult to injury, after checking out on time and returning all wristbands as required, I was charged an additional $313. When I contacted the company to dispute this charge, they falsely claimed that we checked out an hour and a half late and left trash in the unit. This is an outright lie. I have Life360 screenshots proving when we left, and we were never informed that we needed to take out the trash, although all major trash was removed. I am now disputing these fraudulent charges with my bank and will be reporting this property to the appropriate authorities for the out-of-date elevator inspection. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of all properties owned by Vacasa LLC in Navarre Beach.
