You have the malls the movie theaters the restaurant the gyms within walking distance! Five minutes to interstate 95 and 10 minutes to the turnpike and 10 minutes to the beach location is everything..I see they're having comments on Chinese drywall and my understanding is they renovated the place is over years ago and is no longer an issue and continue to test for it. I live in Vizcaya Lakes particularly in Renaissance Commons which of course indicates there is a lake and several other amenities which I will share more about in the Vizcaya Lakes posting. I would strongly encourage anyone who likes Boynton Beach to consider this area there is something to be said for being able to walk to Bar Louie's Brus room and many many more!
