So I took the leap and I ordered a whole house RO system, new well and a few other things with Yandry and his team. Just 1 week later than he was hoping, I got it all installed and explained thoroughly. Please understand that the delay was not his fault, the manufactur that builds the system wanted to make sure it was perfect before delivering it it to him for us. They answered all my calls, texts and emails even though I was crazy a couple times. My water is more pure then bottled water and the system is an absolute game changer. I highly recommend this company. Please don't make the mistake and just hire someone because they come in at a lower price. Do your research and hire a company that knows that they are doing. Went there and it's inside a warehouse, seemed rather warm, not bright for working and the studio was the same in a warehouse behind The Flamingo House apparently next door to a mechanics or auto body shop making noise, I understand that's their business. Also, dark and warm. One part inside of the warehouse studio was a room, it was brighter only because of a lighting fixture. Studio had no windows to the outside and the garage door was exposed on the inside. I don't recall the Flamingo House having any windows in the work area. Rather claustrophobic. Personally, I would rather work at Starbucks, Panera, the library or somewhere else that was brighter and just a lot more comfortable. Also, for a business meeting, would not have gone had I known it was like this, very uncomfortable.

Once we had the placed cleaned out, they came in and took photos to upload to their site, which is far reaching. Chase or Neil would contact us frequently to advise status of the market. they were very communicative and very responsive. The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner. The bottom line is they got it done and stayed in touch throughout the process. i would highly recommend this team for your needs.
