Candidate #3, Kathie Allen, listened to my dilemma and graciously agreed to see me right away. I found her, and her assistant, to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. She did a full assessment, with X-rays, and removed my molar with minor discomfort (NO pain). Thanks to both of them, I will be sleeping soundly tonight for the first time in over a week. I later discovered that Waterside Dental is in-network with my insurance (Aetna). So, I should have paid only what Aetna's contract with Waterside allows. Jodie, Office Manager at Waterside, informed Aetna refund would be forthcoming in January, but to date no refund. After numerous phone calls and promises, no refund has been received and it's been nearly 3 months. I cannot recommend doing business with this unscrupulous enterprise.
