Candidate #3, Kathie Allen, listened to my dilemma and graciously agreed to see me right away. I found her, and her assistant, to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. She did a full assessment, with X-rays, and removed my molar with minor discomfort (NO pain). Thanks to both of them, I will be sleeping soundly tonight for the first time in over a week. I had to argue just to be heard, as he repeatedly dismissed my condition and told me I was "wasting their time." The lack of compassion was staggering. I was treated more like a nuisance than a patient in crisis.
