I contacted them early Saturday morning for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. I booked an appointment, arrived in severe pain, and was immediately hit with a non-refundable $275 consultation fee--a fee that was never disclosed in advance and was due regardless of whether they could provide any treatment. To make matters worse, they refused to even look at the X-rays I brought and couldn't give me any kind of quote or plan for the extraction. I had to leave due to personal reasons, still in pain and without answers. Later, in escalating pain, I called again--once at 3 a.m. and again at 8 a.m. on Sunday. Even though they advertise as a 24/7 emergency dental service, the operator (who I believe is also the doctor or owner) was visibly annoyed that I dared to call in the middle of the night. He literally complained about me calling during an emergency, telling me my situation didn't qualify as one and insisting I wait until Tuesday--two days later--to be seen. I had to argue just to be heard, as he repeatedly dismissed my condition and told me I was "wasting their time." The lack of compassion was staggering. I was treated more like a nuisance than a patient in crisis. How a medical professional--especially one running a so-called 24/7 emergency clinic--can be so dismissive and even offended by someone seeking urgent care is beyond me. The way I was spoken to by the operator/doctor/owner was degrading, and made an already painful situation so much worse. This experience was dehumanizing and infuriating. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Avoid this place at all costs.

I ended up asking for referrals to a good dentist in Venice and now I am scheduled with that new dentist in the first week of April. I will transfer my records and see if the new Doctor, referred by several people from Nextdoor.com and another dental office in Venice, are a good fit for my needs.
