Through a veterans organization, I was approved for care, and the very next day a kind person from Jade Dental called to schedule my first appointment. Dr. Fernandez went over my treatment plan and answered every question thoroughly. There was no pressure at all, just concern, and I felt very heard. If I proceed with the oral surgery, this will be where I go for it 100% no question. But it didn't end there! He recommended Dr. Dewey and said that he made Saturday appointments. I called Dr. Dewey's office and got a recording that included an emergency number for established patients. I called this number, which was Dr. Dewey's cell and he agreed to come in later that afternoon. He was very knowledgable and was clearly a top-notch dentist. He sandblasted and cleaned the crown and was able to permanently re-bond it since it had only been off for a less than a day. He only charged me for a regular visit, in spite of coming in on Saturday especially for me. I highly recommend him. The only potential negative is that he is very talkative.
