We love the Emergency Responder Products store. We have been going here since earlier this year after being frustrated by another local store. We are so happy to have found this store. It is super clean and located right off 110. Ample amount of parking and items. to choose from. We went here when my husband was anticipating his promotion - Viena, Mae and Wayne were so helpful. They advised us on what products would be needed for his new rank and had a wide selection of items. We were able to get his shoes, hat, jackets, long and short sleeves all in one spot! They also did the embroidery there as well. If we needed more, they were able to order it with a quick turnaround time as well. We are really happy with shopping at Emergency Responder Products. We recently went back to get my husband's coat and another long sleeves and they were able to look up our previous order with measurements. HIGHLY recommend! read more

I placed my online order, they took my money, and now 5 weeks later I have absolutely nothing. I messaged them at the 3 week mark, and to their credit, they did respond, but said it could take 2-4 weeks just to ship. Again, we are now over 5 weeks and absolutely nothing!! Horrible service. There was a shipping discrepancy, but it was handled promptly. And when I received the merchandise I found it to be top notch and of very high quality. It was more than worth the wait and I would buy from this establishment again. In my honest opinion I think that the high quality and manufacture of the products outweighs any inconvenience you possibly could be subject to. This is a legit business and a thorough business with expert customer service. And the main concern when shopping online is whether or not a business is a scam, which I am happy to report Emergency Responder Products is not. Stay away from this place! I ordered a coat for work. 3 weeks later I call customer service trying to find where it was. After another week of back and forth calling they told me it was back ordered and would take another month so I asked for a refund. I was sent the wrong sized pants back in Feb 2015 and over the next 2 months I sent 3 emails explaining what had happened and was assured they would look into it and the correct size pants would be sent. After waiting for 2 months I was told it was a problem with the manufacture of the pant and was not their problem but they could issue a refund and would send a label to me so I could send the original pant back to them. It's now May 8th and I'm still waiting for a refund, return label or anything from this shit company. ordered online, order accepted and Paypal charged - TWELVE days , three phone calls, two emails later, the product finally ships with TWO WEEK delivery. If you have a month to wait for a product after you've paid for it, kudos to you.
