Registered on raffle and won Black Hyper Royal size 10. Received and email that I paid for this shoes. And just after that I received an email that my card was declined. They said the reason is billing or shipping addresses, IP addresses, credit card info, anonymous proxy. I've been using my card for 2 years for raffles and I didn't have any problems with it. They gave me an option to buy a pair with 9.5 or 10.5 size. But that's not my size, I registered for 10 US and I won a raffle. So, I just lost my winning ticket. Not the best experience. read more

Ordered item Dec. 13th; shipping label generated Dec. 14th at the Farmingdale post office; as of December 23rd, the item has not been delivered to the post office for delivery. Regardless of the excuses that will likely be given (COVID, unprecedented numbers of online shoppers, etc.), it is inexcusable to not be able to get an item to the post office within two weeks. Also, not very customer-friendly when I go to call and seek assistance on the item only to find they are closed three days a week, including yesterday (Tuesday) and today (Wednesday). Made an order online, changed my mind about it and called the store within the next couple of minutes to cancel the order and receive a refund. I called twice to double check the person on the phone would pass this message to the owner since he couldn't handle refunds or shipping and since the owner stepped out of the store. Gave him my confirmation number and everything and he assured me he will pass it to the owners And if I wanted to call back in 30 minutes to make sure everything was in place. I trusted him and didn't want to bother the store anymore with my phone calls so I didn't give them a 3rd call. About an hour later from the call I receive an email confirming my order has been shipped.. I call back immediately to confront what is going on and why is my order shipped when I called twice to check to make sure it doesn't send! I hear him say "ohh sh*t" meaning he totally forgot to tell the owner! And he tells me to wait for my order to arrive and to return to sender once the item gets to me! I'm basically forced to abide by them since I want my refund back, making this a total inconvenience for me! I was not offered any compensation for my troubles!! Not that I'm entitled to something but it would've been nice to do so when I called twice to double check that my message was passed to the owner which wasn't and I have to wait for my item to send it back for a refund!! Cool, depending on how the rest of this transaction goes I'll leave this post up, hopefully everything will be settled in a timely manner. read more

I don't know where all the negativity stems from, this store and specially this location has been such a help trying to find good/hyped sneakers. They do instore raffles which betters my odds of winning shoes I really want, they don't sell them out the back door like most of these small sneaker boutiques do, keep up the good work and thanks to all the associate at the Northport location read more

This process is horrible. I requested and gave info DAYS prior. The company should of gave specifics about when the customer was going to be responded to back. And furthermore didn't even have the professional courtesy to hold the item for me (the customer) to purchase. This is a shame and it's very poor business ethics. read more

TERRIBLE! I ordered shoes online and they got lost in the mail. They REFUSED a to give me a refund. Even though it was CLEAR AS DAY that they were lost and I didn't get them. Im an absolute nikehead and I've been shopping here for 20+ years. This is my favorite sneaker store as they get things early, price them fairly and always have my size. For a mom and pops store, this store gets all kinds of heat: Exclusive jordans, quickstrike nikes and hard to find kicks. Their store in Huntington looks better but the east Northport store carries a larger selection. Got a pair of $100 shoes for Christmas but unfortunately they didn't fit. When I got to the store it wasn't a problem to find my information and they pulled out the next size up, which fit o.k. Seeing as I had the receipt I asked if I could exchange for a different model shoe, because it was a "special edition," shoe I had to settle and walk out with a pair that barely fit me. Christmas was two weeks ago, they wouldn't be taking back dated special edition shoes, they're brand new and still within return timeframe. Mediocre selection, and clearly there is "fine print," when it comes to returns. Won't be back. read more

Consumers beware!!!!!This is the most sketchiest run business and I advise everyone to not shop for sneakers here especially if you collect them. Long story short this location sold me a counterfeit pair of supra brand sneakers once I called supra when I had suspicions of discoloration on the shoes, cheap cardboard shoebox, and no tags on the inside of the tongues. Supra confirmed with me renarts is not an authorized retailer of their product and to refund the shoes immediately because they were fake. I did not confront them about the fake shoes when I returned to the store because they probably would've tried to turn around and tell me they did not sell those to me. So I just got my money back. I highly doubt supra is the only brand they sell counterfeit since they carry lacoste, nike, uggs, adidas, and jordans as well. There is a major black market for fake sneakers that get shipped from overseas and renarts definitely gets the majority of their merchandise from there. Shady business practices run by shady owners I would advise not going to this location, the two locations in huntington village and the store Extra Butter in Rockville center (owned by same people). read more

The sales guy helping me walked back and forth to get different sizes for me with very much appreciated patience.. smiling the whole time..
