The next morning, I called as I was walking there to pick up my truck andI was told their phones went out and they had no way of calling me. I asked the guy if hehad a phone he said yes he did call me but didn't get an answer. I said there were no missed on my phone. Lie #1. Then he said he doesn't give out his personal number so he called private. I said they still show up as a missed call. When I got to the auto shop, I wanted to see my truck because it was not out front. I started to walk in back room and the guy yelled at me and told me I could not go back there. I said my truck's not even in the garage, where is it? The guy proceeded to tell me to sit down and would be out soon never gave me a time. I said I'd like it out in the next minute or two he said it's coming it's coming and I thought what are they doing? I sat down and said you know all you had to do was tell me yesterday that you were too busy to take on my vehicle. I would've rescheduled it for another day. He then said well it didn't get busy until after you left most likely, Lie #2. (then why not call me and tell me they won't be able to get to my truck that day.) I said good customer the customer update on what's happening if it seems to be taking longer than normal. He said well you don't sit in this chair and know what I do all day. I said yes I do, I was a waitress all of my life. Customer service is my life. You need to learn more!He said I've worked on your friend's car many times he has not had a problem with us. I called him, and he is fine with not being called about his vehicle. I said no you did not call him! I called him last night and he said you had not called him, Lie #3. You are lying! My biggest pet peeve is when people , especially businesses! Don't tell me you've called me, when you clearly didn't. This was the second time I tried this business and did not have a good outcome. Took me a whole day to get the trailer from the freeway to the shop less then 2 miles from where I had issues at. I took my stuff to these guys because everyone in the area said they are the ones more capable to help my needs. I had some serious issues I couldn't get my rear wheel to not stop being wobbly. Need a new hub, well at least we all thought. But they took the time and actually helped me for a great budget price. We ended up having to track down a rear axle for a trailer and they took the time found one and swapped them out for me. I definitely have to say everything rides so much more smoother then before. And I couldn't be happy I get back on the road again. I definitely recommend these guys for any quick repairs on the road when your in the area!

The Dodge 2500 Turbodiesel with a Banks Exhaust also needed the diesel fuel filter changed but did not have the time to get it all done after packing another vehicle and this truck. ?They were able to fit me in within 2 hours if I provided the parts which I did have.
