David, from Bellreng's called me at 9:45am to tell me I needed a new : Alternator Battery Wiper Blades & an Oil Change, plus a few small things. That's how quickly they found out what was wrong. I was expecting to hear that is would be a few days & a couple thousand bucks. BUT, David said all of that was coming me to $1159.70 & it would be done around 3pm. I was shocked & thinking , "yeah, ok". Well, my phone rang at 3:15pm & my van was finished. I went to pick it up & I was quickly taken care of & outta there. The place was clean & did not smell like a garage. My van was just the way I left it. They did not mess with anything or move things around, or have that greasy paper on my floor leftover from them, like all the other places do. I left there with a smooth , quiet ride. No lights coming on, on the dash & my AC was working again. They are quick & don't mess around. I like it there & next time something goes wrong with my van, I'm definitely taking it back there !!!

Jocoys was not only the best value, but everything that was noted about how the repair was to be completed spoke to a much higher quality result. The chain shop quoted a much higher expense for the repair, and wasn't going to fix it to the best quality. The area that was in need of repair required the windshield to be removed to properly fix the damage. The chain shop said they could fix it without removing the windshield and said they wouldn't remove the windshield anyway because they won't warranty or stand by any rust repairs - and it would cost significantly more on top of their already overpriced quote. Jocoys did an excellent job on the repair and I'd highly recommend their services!

I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this company…read more A couple of years ago I took my car to the dealer who sold me my car for inspection. They told me I needed new brakes and new tires. Since dealers usually upcharge for this stuff I searched online for deals on new tires and Casullo's came up. I took my car in and asked them to look at the brakes as well. Alex called back and said, "I'd love to sell you new brakes, but these are fine. Come back in six months and we'll check them again." He then installed the new tires. Six months later I called to have them check the brakes again. Alex said EXACTLY the same thing. "Bring it back in six months." Half a year later he says, "Yeah, your back brakes should be swapped out, but your front is fine for now. Bring it back in another six months." Finally this September (during inspection) Alex replaced the front brakes, and installed new windshield wipers. He didn't try to upsell me on every component in my car. Well, today (December 2025) one of my windshield wipers fell off when I was scraping the windshield. I've installed them before: any new blades for the past ten years or more are a major pain in the butt to install - - bad design, counterintuitive - - you have to spend at least a half hour on YouTube to figure it out, and I didn't have any inclination to go through it again. Without a lot of hope on the walk-in front, I drove straight to Casullo's, explained the situation, and Alex came right out, drove it into the garage and re-installed the offending blade. He even topped off my tire, which was low!!! You don't find this kind of honesty and attention to customer service much any more. Casullo's is my garage from now on!
