They then came to the Rochester area to do the replacement. Couldn't have asked for a better job. They were very thorough, clean and efficient. They take pride in their work and the end result shows. It took about an hour and while one might wonder what made service so good.... I had one replacement that left me with a piece of glass on my dash that had my inspection sticker etc on . I drove around with this for a year until next. inspection. Marty removed said stickers and applied them to my new windshield. This felt huge to me. I will definitely use them again and referred people already .

The woman at the counter could not have shown less interest in assisting me if she tried! Philadelphia Insurance had processed our zero deductible claim with Safelite and a glitch on SafeLite's end showed a balance due at the time of my appointment. Apathy on the woman's part made it quite easy to leave and go to Glass America for service.

They did a terrible job on the paint, and the manager refused to make it right. I've owned my own business in the past and never would have treated any of my customers like this. They charged me over $5K for the job and it still wasn't right. And no loaner vehicle either.

THEN they've screwed me around 3 weeks trying to get an estimate for why my lights really on.. and have it fixed so I can get car inspected.
