Blames owners for lack of attendance to her horribly run, inaccessible (not everyone has a computer) annual meetings. Forbids reaching out to other owners/ residents & board members though she's not getting her job done. Won't accept digital payments from my bank; they have to mail a paper check every month. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

It went down the first or second week of April 2025, it is now August and it's still not working. They keep saying they're "working on it". Would just like to remind them that: "Housing providers are required to provide reasonable accommodations for residents with disabilities, ensuring equal opportunity to use and enjoy their homes. Massachusetts law also mandates that services like elevators, if provided, are kept in good working condition." This is not the first time this has happened. They've known about the elevator issues for years. Pretty sure we haven't gone a full year without the elevator breaking down for a few days/weeks/months since I moved into the building. They just never did anything to fix it properly. (We have two in the building, and one of them has never worked since I moved into my unit.) Yet they're raising their fees, therefore our rents are going up. I've always had weak knees, and now I've got a sprained one with tears in my ligaments from walking up and down 7 flights of stairs to get to work. Do you think they'll take accountability for that? Probably not. They're lucky I'm too poor to seek legal advise. These people just don't care.
