Then when I requested a secure email communication, in lieu of texting, I was told that I don't know how to follow the instructions given to me via text and that he would need that to know who I am. If you don't know who I am why are you messaging me...? Completely unprofessional and frankly quite rude. Scam or not, this is not someone I feel comfortable doing business with. Update: before I was evan able to hit [post] I have been called twice and yelled at by this unprofessional individual. VERY bad bussiness practices. When I say I prefer email communications over unsecured text messages and then you call and yell at me TWICE, don't expect my patronage. Update II: Now I have reveived a yelp message threatening to post our text conversation (which I have already attached) if I do not remove this review. Professionalism is lacking at this establishment. Update III: Now, because I insisted on finding out exactly who I was speeking to (after his refusal to answer direct questions) before offering up any of my personal information, he is claiming I am a drug user. I reiterate the completly unprofessional manner in which he conducts business. Update IV: Now the owner is attempting to pressure me to take down my review of our interaction. I can not stress any more how disrecpectful, condescending and unprofessional this man is. If he was this inconsiderate to a prospective tenant I can not imagine how he may respond to issues, if any, during a tenancy. But the property feels like you are in the country, lots of trees, flowers, birds and little critters. Both my daughter and I feel very safe walking the property day or night. The fitness center is extremely clean, and equipment well maintained. The laundry room is clean. The buildings and property are well maintained. The units are also well maintained and clean. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. When you live at Pheasant Run you are part of a family.

They were the only place I contacted in Chelmsford who would allow a 6-month lease and also accommodate our dog. It was an easy application and approval process, and we signed sight unseen (aside from photos and a video walk through). The complex has lovely grounds, a nice pool, and is easily accessible to Rte 3 and 495. I also loved how close it was to the Bruce Freeman trail and took evening or morning walks every day. The apartment was modern, spacious, clean, and bright. There are elevators, wide hallways and plenty of parking. There's also a choice for additional paid garage parking (I just used the free outdoor space). Any maintenance tickets were taken care of quickly and successfully. I would definitely recommend Kensington for either a short or long term lease!

Project went smooth, to budget, and was completed on schedule. Jeff, the owner is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to deal with. Really thought out considerations for the elderly resident who would be living there and his suggestions and judgement were valuable. Cleaned up appropraitely and always considered the family dog and small children living at the residence (no sharps left around yard or worksite during prject.) Would rehire first for any size project from fixing a deck, to finishing basements, to an entire house. (Has built several houses in the Pepperell area, many on Village St, I talked to several satisfied owners before selecting for my job.)

I don't think I could've found a better place to live for a similar price while attending grad school in the area. All kitchen appliances worked great, management had installed brand new carpets and cabinets just before I moved in, and the space was large. Each bedroom had a walk-in closet as well as sliding glass doors that opened up to their respective balconies. The kitchen had plenty of cabinets, as well as a small closet and a decent sized pantry. Management covers most utilities with the exception of electricity and internet. Heat in the winter therefore didn't run up any of my bills as it was centralized, as well as individually controllable for each bedroom. A/C in the summer consisted of an electric unit in each bedroom and the living room. I found that most nights, I could simply put a box fan in front of my open balcony door and not need to run the A/C. Our highest electricity bills in the last two years were each in previous two August months and both didn't even break $90. Throughout the rest of the year, electricity typically hovered around $50-60. Location-wise this complex lives up to its slogan "City close, country quiet." I had such a short 5-7 minute commute up rt 9 or 290 to get to work not far from downtown, but it was still a very quiet area being tucked away on Green Hill (with the exception of ambulances and medical helicopters going by of course, which was not a big deal). Very close to lots of different grocery stores including Aldi, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Shaw's. Driving was not always a must since a bus line goes right up and around the building too. The amenities were satisfactory. The pool was reopened after COVID the second summer I lived here, but the hours were the only thing I would complain about. I believe the pool was open 10am - 6:30pm most days in the summer, which made it difficult for anyone working a 9-5 job to take advantage of during the week, but it was nice on a weekend or for a few minutes after work. The gym downstairs was small but decent, though I preferred the gym at my school. I was able to store my bicycle in the storage room right next to it. Laundry was easy as they have plenty of machines for everyone to use. I believe there was only ever one time that I walked downstairs with my clothes to find all washing machines were taken. Tennis court was okay, but is in desperate need of some resurfacing for all the cracks in it. I never had any issues parking my own vehicle as they have plenty of spaces for all residents, nor did I have any issues with my guests parking their vehicles in the designated guest spaces. There were lots of very nice walking/hiking trails in the woods by the building, thanks to Worcester's East-West trail passing through there. Could easily walk to Green Hill park. Last but not least, management was always great. They'd fix any problem I had within a day or two, and they were always extremely professional and friendly. Their efforts to maintain the building as well as a respectful community certainly did not go unnoticed. Overall, I give my experience at Plantation Towers 5 stars; would definitely live there again if needed. I always recommend it to any friends looking to live the area

I've been living here for a year and the gym has always been closed with the Covid's excuse. Same with the swimming pool and study centers. You can't really use anything from the amenities. Laundry is ok, expensive for my taste but ok. The kitchen is old and poorly maintained. The stove, dish washer and fridge are very old and do not work properly or have quick repairs that are not well done. Management does not seem very interested in the feeling of the residents, the maintenance and management is horrible. They've only been working with "emergency" situations for a year. Again the excuse is that they only have one maintenance guy and he is sick. Not to mention the mouse infection on the first second and third floors. They don't do anything about it, they just provide traps and call a fumigator who only goes once and puts the same thing. You can't receive packages in your apartment, there is a mail room for that, and that's not bad, what I is bad is that it's only open from "9" (10 really) to 5, so we, day workers find it very difficult to pick up the mail. I am very very disappointed in this place.
