    It was the first time we went to this location to have my son meet with the physician for an…read moreorthopedic issue. Unfortunately, the wait was over an hour past his appointment time and the lobby was jampacked, so we opted to stand outside in the hallway ...which we didn't like at all. No one told us that they were running so far behind...I don't believe that it would've been appreciated had we arrived an hour late... then they would not have wanted to see my son...then to get in for the appointment only to discover that the doctor that my son needed to see, which was clearly on the consult was NOT who we were scheduled with and we would need yet another consult/referral to see the actual physician who specializes in my sons condition was rather nerve-racking to say the least... which left a standing there, wondering why we were there in the first place? I'm hoping it was it to be uncomfortable or to have my son standing there and discomfort because that's exactly what was happening.. The the staff was nice, but they should have been bit more forthcoming with their new patients about how their system works. Waiting around for over an hour be seen is unacceptable!It definitely doesn't leave a good taste in the mouth of patients that are there on time! The PA, who stood in for whomever the other physician, is that we did not see that day was very kind, but that does not negate the fact that this was basically a waste of time and possibly money to talk to someone that could do nothing, but refer us to someone else after waiting For a prolonged period of time. I don't know who the officer manager is, but someone needs to look into this big time and figure it out because this was ridiculous ! And also the exam room was extremely toasty as opposed to the open area where the rest of the staff was sitting and the doctors were doing whatever they do so I'm not sure what's up with the temperature in there or if they were having AC issues. I am truly hoping that this was a fluke, and that my son will be able to see the physician that he NEEDS to be seen by in a timely manner in the near future...but first impressions are lasting ones!

    I am a self pay patient. I paid $172 at the onset. Then the next day they sent me another bill for…read more$72 which i paid. Then they sent me a 3rd bill for $117 a month and a week later from the initial appointment. It's ridiculous and appears very negligent on the part of the clinic. Who charges some more random charges over a month later? This should have been tallied up at the beginning especially since i am self pay this through my budgeting off. I tried reaching out to them left messages and when i did get someone she sent me to billing and of course no one answered and i requested a call back - no one ever did. Horrible customer service. I like the doctors, but the business is poorly managed.

Messages are never relayed to the office. It's intended for. No one ever answers the main line so you are forced to leave several messages. I had to personally drive over to the office to have them put in a message to my doctor on something that needed immediate response to. I was told I would have a response by the end of the day. Never received a call, which tells me they never got the message. I cannot leave because like I said, my doctor is the best. But I cannot recommend for anyone to go to any office that is run by millennium Physicians group. And Henry
