Imaging was fast and friendly. Lady that did ultrasound was very nice. She did a great job. Blood work was also great. Did not hurt and they found my vein right away, not always the case at some places. Elvira took my blood and was so nice. Talked with me the whole time to take my mind off the bloodwork. Because I had 2 appointments I had to wait in between, which is expected. The original lady that checked me in came over in between to make sure I had been seen. I was thankful and honestly do not always see someone like that who cares and wants you to be helped right away. So happy with everyone I was in contact with at BayCare. Definitely recommend this place. They do so much from regular care, imaging, blood, rehab, fitness. Very clean and modern inside.

Throughout my visits, I have only worked with Dr. Dalisay and Dr. Kim, both of whom have been a pleasure to work with. Dr. Kim always answered all of my questions and provided clear and helpful information. When I learned that Dr. Kim was no longer available, I was sad; however, I was fortunate to be connected with Dr. Yeema, who was incredibly sweet. The unpleasant: The Unsmiling, commanding, lackadaisical, piss-poor attitude of receptionist/weight taker/blood pressure taker girl (same person). Not sure why she was even in the profession. Took over an hour to be seen even though we were 3rd in line. On a Sunday. Mid day. Of course, the doctor was unrushed with us, so he may have been that way with the other folks in front of us. Apparently, there was only one doctor on duty - A good one though. The bottom line: Once we got past the surly receptionist and the long wait, the treatment was pretty good. If you're willing to hang in there and be patient, you will be happy.

The first thing they asked me for when I arrived was my health insurance card and my $100 co pay. They wouldn't even let me see a nurse or anyone or even walk back to use the bathroom without first getting my $100. Then some LPN takes my vitals. All she noted was my chief complaint is coughing. Even though I told her I had confusion and blurred vision. I get into a room and all the physicians assistant does is listen to my chest and give me meds. She doesnt look in my throat or check my eyes or feel my stomach or my lymph nodes. She then diagnosed me with "chronic cough with unknown cause." ARE YOU SERIOUS?! If I had known I was going to get some med school drop out from night school I would have never allowed them to treat me or take $100 from me. My 2 year old nephew can use a stethoscope!!!
