I didn't love that wait because the office seemed really quiet like there was maybe only 1 other person. I don't know for sure. When the doctor came in she was amazing. She asked me great questions and did a short exam of my issue and I was on my way. Overall it was a great visit. I would definitely recommend if you are in this area.

I was referred to this office after discovering a little wart on my finger that was not responsive…read moreto over the counter treatment (May this be my one and only experience.) Omar Daabies, PA-C was attentive and knowledgeable. He used liquid nitrogen aka cryotherapy, to freeze my wart. This method is painful and so cold it burns like hell fire. He warned me it was NOT guaranteed this freezing session would be effective and that it could take 8 freezes. I came back for a 3 week follow up disappointed capillaries were still present. Instead of putting myself through another freeze, I requested a debridement which they did not perform in this office and was advised to seek out a hand surgeon. Turns out the wart flattened and fell off 2 weeks and 2 days from my follow up and I happily cancelled my hand surgeon consult. Glad I had that first session and some patience! Thanks Omar!

I really wanted a dermatologist who could somehow to relate to be whether it being darker complexion or the same diagnosis I have. She was very experienced and knowledgable in my skin condition. Daysi was very empathic and ready to remedy the issue and the reason why I had finally came in. I highly recommend her. I am currently cancelling my other appointments at other dermatologist I made as backups. I was a little unhappy with the wait, they tell you get there ten minutes early. I got there ten minutes early probably should've gotten there about twenty minutes early as there were plenty new patients who had to use the electronic new patient form (very much so ipad-like, if not an ipad). I dislike that they operate with a call center. First time I called they told me they didn't take Florida Blue, called again thinking I was going to speak and call another derm location... it was then when I realized it was a call center. The second call, I told them I had Florida Blue and they said they take my insurance they just call it "blue cross, blue shield". Luckily, I accidentally called twice because I would've missed out on a great experience with Daysi. The call center also had all my information wrong, from name to address. The check in process with the link sent the night before is helpful. It reminds you your appointment time and copay. Four stars, instead of five because of small wait time and inconvenient call center experience.
