I really appreciated that he was able to find my x-rays that were taken elsewhere. Great to know the staff is attuned to avoiding unnecessary tests. Dr. Moezzi understood that my goal was getting scheduled for a knee replacement having had years of injections. He confirmed my need for surgery and discussed the usual postop course. I explained to him that I am a pain wimp...this is the only area that I remain concerned about. I become VERY distraught when I'm in pain and I don't really know if he truly understood how great my concern is (the reason for a four star rating). I then met Elena who explained surgery would be in April-she was very efficient with scheduling and explaining my upcoming appointments. A good experience overall with free Wi-Fi and notifications if your provider is on time.
