First off the tech arrived and although she was very kind and great, she had a strong smell from her lotion that fill our whole house. We asked her if after putting the IV in, if she could sit in the other room and check in on us because she smelled to strong and it was making my wife sick. Additionally, we asked to make the IV slow in order to not overwhelm her system. She agreed to both and said it was no problem. An hour later, a dispatch operator named Chris (apparently he is one of the owners as well), calls his tech, and then proceeds to yell at my wife and telling her that her request and the speed that we were going were simply "unacceptable". I don't care who you are, you don't yell at your customer (who is already dealing with stress from a medical condition) because your tech agreed to our request. If there was an issue, it should have been explained in a better way. Simply, they don't care about you and your care, they just want to get to the next appointment and collect your money. Will never use them again.

Booking was super easy on-line and a very pleasant female nurse was there on time and set me up and it didn't take as long as some other places because she put a compression thing on the IV bag about half way through. Fine by me, like too 30 minutes and not 45-60 I've had before. I believe I got the "" immunity" IV. Price was competitive, and I really liked how good the nurse was.
