Not going to lie, the fact that it was less than a mile away from my office helped tremendously. (No, I don't really enjoy anything related to a doctor's visit). Regardless of my hesitation, Camelback Medical made my experience one anyone could enjoy. It even got to the point where a group of us would go straight there after leaving work for the day! They were incredibly patient and thorough with their approach by asking detailed questions, what's worked, what hasn't, my likes/dislikes, and all the different options that could possibly work for me. I could tell they had a genuine interest in learning the root of my pain, rather than prescribing me medications, selling me equipment, or dictating how many times I'd have to go to physical therapy. I was duped into using this office as my treatment post-auto accident. They stated they accepted my insurance. lo and behold they were out of network and didn't clarify that. They charged an extravagant amount of money to my insurance company. Some of which I may still be on the line for. My insurance company refused to pay what they actually billed. They convinced me to do physical therapy, adjustments, massage therapy, as well as multiple visits for cortisone injections. Here I am thinking they're doctors...they know best. They charged it all to my insurance. Final bill was almost $10k for 30 visits. So....just like others have mentioned on here. They're shady af. read more

What a Excellent team! After heart surgery about 3 years ago I had constant pain in my shoulders and neck, including full time headaches. Treatment included injections into shoulders and neck. I have been going to this practice for three years and have consistently received excellent customer service and treatment. The entire staff is always very friendly and I see them go out of their way for elderly customers and treat them exceptionally nice. Went there after a Groupon, and sadly disappointed. The fees were never properly communicated with me, they never activated my Groupon, and they never sent me the bill until a year later after charges had accrued. Knowing the exorbitant fees they used, and the fact that they never activated my Groupon, it feels as though it was definitely a medical scam because I would have discontinued care immediately. I plan on settling with billing for much less or likely taking them to court. Would not recommend; very shady business practice. read more

I received an email from Camelback Medical Centers advising me that for $150 I could get an Covid-19 anti-body test. OK, I did that. But they charged my insurance $495 for a consultation? What is that? That's not the $150 for the test. The contract tracer asked me more questions than Jared did. Be prepared to be ripped off. They are thieves. read more

First the good: The facility looked clean and the staff at the desk were respectful if not helpful. Now the bad: Beware if their third party advertising. They called me and offered a free adjustment. When I arrived in was told that I didn't have an appointment. When I explained that I had been called and had set up the appointment through the caller, I was told they use a third party advertiser and they had not set up the appointment. The office refused to honor the offer. Basically, wasted an hour of my time and wouldn't take responsibility for their or their advertiser's mistake. read more
