I don't know that that is something to be proud of or ashamed of, but it is what it is. I've mostly been going for shoulder pain, but also for a calf injury... I've been seeing Kristina Lott as my Physical Therapist and I highly recommend her. Nate Snell is also fabulous, but Kristina's schedule jives well with my need to come in early mornings. The front office and support crew are all friendly -- even when I go before 7am, which is impressive. Shout out to Kat, who keeps me in check with the exercises that Kristina prescribes. I'm hoping to graduate from this bout of visits in the near future, but if and when I need to return for PT, Endurance Rehab will always be my first choice of places to go. Since my last review, and when recovering from a calf injury, I was able to utilize the onsite G-Trainer anti-gravity treadmill.  It was super cool and definitely aided in my recovery. The office staff and assistants are always friendly and helpful. What I really appreciate this time is that Dr. Kuhn referred me to a spine specialist, since we are not making great progress with my constant lower backpain. I always feel better when I leave the office, but my job requires me standing for 8 hours straight. An MRI also showed issues with my disks. Both doctors have their patients best interest in mind.

Now I'm doing rehab for my knee arthroscopy. Their facility is beautiful and gentle, well-trained dogs roam around the staff and patients. They have a manual therapy philosophy, which means that their skilled physical therapists work the muscles and other tissue with their bodies before you are asked to do your strengthening and rehab exercises. Their therapists are exceptionally well trained and even their techs know exactly what needs to be done, from prep to positioning. I highly recommend T.O.P.S. Physical Therapy!

I…read morewas very happy with my first visit, started with a thorough consult and some dedicated time with one of the PTs there. Then I continued on to my exercises with a student who was very helpful. My second appt a week later I was with a different PT who spent less than 5 min on me, no cupping or additional therapy. Then I was on my own to do my exercises which I hardly remembered so I had to approach one of the students for help. I found this odd because I've been to physical therapy before and had a more hands on experience from the staff. Repeat all of this on my third visit. Had another different PT who spent more time with me than the second one but once that care was over I was on my own. Then on my fourth visit I had yet another different PT, even though my appts were at the same date/time each week. I did some looking on Reddit and folks in the PT community refer to places like these as "mills" which it totally felt like. The nail in the coffin for me was getting charged for a needling service (recommended by one of the physical therapists there) even though at no point was I informed that it was an additional cost. Bummed out because the location was convenient and staff was kind, I just think the way the place is run could be more patient-focused.

I came down with a stomach bug or…read morefood poisoning on Saturday evening and could quickly tell that I was so dehydrated I'd need to receive an IV - gulping down water wouldn't work fast enough, and I couldn't keep it down anyway. My mom (a nurse) recommended going to the ER, but I have terrible health insurance and knew I'd end up paying thousands. I texted Element, and Krista showed up at my door an hour later. I'd never received an IV in my life, let alone at my own house, so I was clueless--but desperate. Krista was incredibly kind and patient with me as she worked to find a vein that would take the IV. She never once made me feel gross, even though she was witnessing me at an incredibly humbling moment. I felt comfortable and safe around her and when the bag was empty, I owed roughly $400-far less than I would have paid at the ER. The anti-nausea meds in the bag helped a ton, too. I feel that I would not have recovered from my illness nearly as quickly if I had skipped the IV. Now I know that in a pinch, Element has my back.

Wonderful service, after a windy cold weekend in Prescott 2 weeks ago by Sunday I was starting to…read morefeel like a bad cold or even flu coming on. So once back I'm Phoenix I made an online appt for a 4 pm on a Sunday infusion to help ward off what I knew was coming or perhaps lessen the effects of my impending illness. Booking was super easy on-line and a very pleasant female nurse was there on time and set me up and it didn't take as long as some other places because she put a compression thing on the IV bag about half way through. Fine by me, like too 30 minutes and not 45-60 I've had before. I believe I got the "" immunity" IV. Price was competitive, and I really liked how good the nurse was. I think the IV helped lessen what turned to be a really bad cold which kept me from going to Orange Theory for 2 weeks. Ugh! Great company, I'll definitely use their service again.
