New facility very clean staff was very pleasant Drea walked me through the entire process and my first session. Each session is three minutes in a cold chamber and the attendant is with you the entire time. There are three different levels and I started at the beginning level at 130° below zero. Straight up- it's cold! They provide a robe, socks, crocs and gloves for the treatment. I felt better after the first session and went back today for another session. They are very misleading when you sign up. They sell you a monthly subscription, which at minimum you need to sign up for 3 months. They tell you you do not need to use those sessions within the same month. So you are able to roll over. WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU is, once you stop your membership those sessions are removed, you lose them, buh bye. These people are crooks, go elsewhere. read more

The customer service and knowledgeable and friendly staff are fantastic. They really keep the place clean and organized and take the time to get to know their customers. I am a regular cryo member and generally pop in for a session prior to or after workouts and notice a huge difference in my energy and with preventing and dealing with muscle soreness. It also do notice a better quality of sleep by doing it. The app is super easy to use to schedule appointments and they are really great about accommodating drop-ins as well. They added stretching and theragun services which I've tried recently and I am LOVING IT! Michael is the the BOMB! He does a fantastic job and I leave feeling like a million bucks after a session with him. I highly recommend trying out the stretching and theragun. You won't regret it. read more
