Wow! Luis can do pretty much anything, and he does it all with professionalism and care! He did…read moreEXCELLENT work for us on several projects. The main project was to replace more than two dozen rotting boards and the steps on our 20-year-old deck, ensure the structural integrity of the deck, and jack up a corner of the deck that had sunk a couple of inches. He also power-washed the deck and the siding of the house that faced the deck. We also needed work done indoors. He repaired a door frame to a bedroom, fixed a broken storm door, replaced marble tile in our foyer, installed a missing sliding closet door, and procured and installed beautiful luxury plank vinyl flooring for a bedroom. He communicated clearly with us throughout every project, made suggestions when he saw something that needed improvement, and always checked with us when a decision needed to be made. In every situation, he did high-quality work in a very timely fashion. He always arrived when he said he would, made sure that the times were convenient for us, and always left the work area clean and organized. Luis is friendly, honest, communicative, reliable, trustworthy, polite, and highly skilled. We highly recommend Luis and his crew, and we would hire him again without hesitation.

He was professional, reliable, and paid great attention to detail throughout the project. The finished result looks fantastic, and the workmanship is top-notch. He communicated clearly and completed the work efficiently without cutting corners. It's not always easy to find someone who combines quality work with fair pricing, but Luis absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend him for any deck or general handyman work and would not hesitate to hire him again.

He is simply a nice guy who never gave us the impression that he was haggling us, like I experienced at other companies like Long Bath. I'm a very happy customer, so far.

tl;dr - Stay away at all costs. They are not worth your sanity…read more Apparently, they are the same company as Universal Windows Direct (and a couple other names). Be sure to check out their awful reviews as well. I would not wish this experience on anyone. When we were designing our bathroom the reps told us we couldn't get an itemized bill, so we could get something in our budget or pick more affordable parts. They also told us that they could give us a discount but only if we signed right then. Expect high pressure sales tactics. If you try and cancel your project after you sign, you're responsible for 75% of the cost NO MATTER WHAT. If that's not a predatory contract I don't know what is. The bath authority ended up subcontracting out our project and after months of trying to get our bathroom installed, the subcontractor arrived not knowing the scope of the work. Parts were missing, they broke our toilet, tried to double charge us for our deposit, and left a mess on our lawn. They replaced our glorious porcelain throne with a short kindergarten-sized toilet and tried to force us to sign the work complete doc. We had to call SO MANY times to ask them to fix their mistakes and it took another 3 months of being dodged and ghosted to get our toilet replaced and missing pieces of our original order installed.
