It is currently mid-September and the project still isn't finished. We have a tiny rancher style home and requested a roof replacement with new gutters and downspouts. Sounds simple enough, yet somehow here we are 4 months later still fighting for the work to be completed. Patrice is an excellent salesperson. He was very thorough and made sure all of my mother's questions were answered. After signing our contract we were told someone named Kevin would be calling us to schedule the work. Three months went by and no one called. My mom called the office and left 3 messages for Kevin which were never returned. Finally she contacted Patrice who assured her he would get everything taken care of. Long story short it literally took me threatening to pull the contract in order to get scheduled. The workers arrived 2 hours later than quoted, but worked very quickly on an incredibly hot day. The job took 1 day to complete and my mom was happy with the work. She was told by Kevin that a separate team would be out in a week to replace our gutters and downspouts. Well it's been two weeks and no one has called or come out. My mom called Kevin to let him know it was semi-urgent that the gutter team come out asap as the roof team dismantled our downspout during the roof installation. Please keep in mind we have had several rainstorms during this wait. Instead of Kevin apologizing for the sloppy work of his team he insists that his team wouldn't do something like that and basically called my mom a liar. Hmmm so I guess the the downspout dismantled itself in the photos attached to this review, huh? The communication within this company is piss poor. There's no reason a tiny rancher style house roof repair with gutters and downspouts should take nearly 5 months to complete. Do not waste your time or money with this company. I sincerely hope that Kevin, Ed, or Patrice see this review. Maybe we'll get a call back and complete this project before Christmas.

They also had the best price, but the initial responsiveness and knowledge of product. The project began few days ago, they sent 2 men? But when you see the quality and expertise of them you see why. We have large 16'x16' main deck with 2 more levels , 2nd level attaches to screened in porch. George was so meticulous I was so impressed at his level of craftsmanship and attention to every detail! In 3 days they removed existing wood, and installed new TimberTech decking and main stairs. Next few days the remaining work, 2 sets of stairs, and rail system. The main project was to replace more than two dozen rotting boards and the steps on our 20-year-old deck, ensure the structural integrity of the deck, and jack up a corner of the deck that had sunk a couple of inches. He also power-washed the deck and the siding of the house that faced the deck. We also needed work done indoors. He repaired a door frame to a bedroom, fixed a broken storm door, replaced marble tile in our foyer, installed a missing sliding closet door, and procured and installed beautiful luxury plank vinyl flooring for a bedroom.
